It is really cool. Generating ideas is just the beginning... you could have it write titles, description and come up with tags too... just make sure to check it against trademarks.

Hi Juna you can make your own gradient by clicking on the gradient colour box (you will see that the gradient box will appear next to your documents colour at the top) click the gradient colour then you will see all the gradients used in your design/document which you can then change to whatever colour you want, inclusive of using colour picker too.
This is a much needed update for Canva, I know these are 5 of the helpful ones you've found/picked for pod and thank you for taking your time to do so but they are very helpful and going to speed up the process and help when it comes to designing as you mentioned in your own words

And also, if you've designed and published anything with the text to image AI function? BTW, just so you know, you're the reason that I upgraded to Canva pro. I was listening to you on the Print On Demand Cast, and you and the boys were waxing poetic about Canva, and you said "maybe I do go pro and save me some time from drawing." And I was like, "I am definitely going pro, cos' I suck at drawing" LOL. So, thanks man... I have never regretted my subscription and now I cant imagine life without it. Once again, high 5 😁🖐

Definitely, the layers were a necessary and very useful addition, especially if you have to handle many elements in your design. They were very late on this! The last 3 new features are only for paid users. Translate can be used for free users but you have 50 free translations. Keep up the good work buddy. The 100k subs are near! :)
The magic eraser didn't work too well, for me, it kept putting the spot back, before I would go to upload it. My daughter has a powerful gaming computer, or I would blame it on the computer. I ended up having to use the background remover, then use the eraser in that, which was not a problem, since the spot I was removing was far away from the part that I was keeping. I am glad to see it does work, though. Maybe it will get better.
Hi I'm currently exploring canva and kittl but I would like to know, in canva is it possible to swap the text for my own word but keep the original style. I have been trying to figure that out. It's pretty easy in kittl. Thanks for all of your tutorials

What is your understanding (not legal advice) f what is allowed and not allowed (license wise for pod) in regards to designs made with canva and canva elements/fonts used in designs for tshirts (for pro-accounts)?
My understanding is that you can use graphics from Canva for Print on Demand if you are changing it up and putting it with other graphics and fonts..... so 1 graphic by itself can not be used on print on demand.... 3-4 graphics with words combined to make a single design can be used.... I hope that makes sense.... That's how I understand it anyway.

For the layer problem, yep, the new version is way better. But I want to share the trick if you didn't open the layer option. Hold Ctrl + click on the item multiple times until you reach your desired item. Release Ctrl and then you can move it/edit it. Profit!

if you had to choose between one for tshirt designs would you go with canva or kittl?
Wow.... If it's just for T-Shirt designs probably Kittl.... to be clear I have both and I use Canva for much more that t-shirt designs.
I like the translate feature. I've been using the gradients for book covers and the layers option really helps too.

It should be fine if you save it as 4500x5400

Yes.... but you have to use them along with other graphics and/or fonts..... they can not be used just by themselves

So if it's made with text you can.... if it's just a graphic you can not....... that's the difference

Yes.... that's how it works... if it is text that you can edit you would just double click on it and edit it.

Once you do your gradient you can go in and change the colors of the gradient by clicking on the custom color icon then change the colors there.
