I like how in Bowser's castle there's no music at all. That gives the final level that very creepy feeling.

you work hard to finish the levels with no skipping plus you are always careful but you are always dying but it is okay to support us even though this video has been around for a long time.❤🙃

No music at all in Bowser's castle. How scary and strange, but I love it. But the star power up theme had the music going on this level. That's interesting. I do love the mini bonus stage though with coins and power ups.
Forget Darkland. THIS level is Nightmare Land! Excellent playthrough :D
The Tank, Battleship, Submarines, Underground Military Bunker, Mini-Airships and Airship stages are much more of Nintendo's own style and thus are more realistic in nature (which is despite the fact that they are custom stages with flaws like Rocket Engines that aren't firing out of anything like a small skinny pipe or a Rocket Engine Blaster!) in this video in compared to many other custom Tank, Battleship, Mini-Airships and Airship stages that I've seen on TH-cam (custom Super Mario Bros. 3 stages from Super Mario Bros. X, Mario Forever and Super Mario Bros. 3Mix ROM hacks comes to mind!), which is what I really like here!!!

That fortress level with Hammer Bros music was weird AF!
My favorite part is the laser-shooting clouds.

Yes, it looks unprofessional, but I'm under a strict limit as to how many objects I can put in each level without the level data overflowing and corrupting the next level in the ROM. To put those blasters or pipes would require me to put more objects, which would mean I'd have to make the level shorter as a result. I tried to be as faithful as I could to the original, but sadly in that instance I had to bite the bullet.
This hack is insane and very well designed. I'm 8 years late, just came to say, this isn't unprofessional looking at all. It looks like a NES developer hack. No unfair play, every obstacle has its place, it's like if SMB3 kept getting harder and harder to level 100! Good work

The Japanese version of Super Mario Bros 3 is supposed to be very difficult. Any level in this games is based out of basic trigonometry. In which Japanese kids are very good at.

All right, by all means. You'll find out that objects (narrow pipes) and sprites (rocket engines) don't run off the same limit eventually.

Yes, but I have watched other ROM hacks of Super Mario Bros. 3 here on TH-cam WITHOUT ANY OF THE WEIRD, UNPROFESSIONAL THINGS that I have described in my previous post, so if I ever do ANY hacks of Super Mario Bros. 3 (or any other Super Mario Bros. game for that matter), I wouldn't even bother to put any more Rocket Engines in the particular stage that is in question there if I couldn't put narrow pipes or Rocket Engine Blasters for each and every Rocket Engine without recking the next stage.

I like your hack of Super Mario Bros. 3!! The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is: in the Airship/Battleship/Tank levels (which are my ALL-TIME FAVOURITE levels in the Super Mario Bros. series), some of the Rocket Engines are missing a Rocket Engine Blaster or a narrow pipe which is SUPPOSED to be the source of the Rocket Engines' flames, whereas, in your hack of the game, some of the Rocket Engines are firing from nothing, which looks unprofessional in terms of a video game hack.
