I used the Blue Book for a year, complete garbage. No leads what so ever. As a Security Integrator all project have "Security and alarms" listed. 99% of the project do not have Security. They refused to cancel my contract and started to ignot my emails and complaints.
I too have a blue book subscription but so far I’m having a not so good experience, I recently checked out their dodge construction network but not sure how it’s going yet. What would you recommend for any leads of trades?

Trust me it works. I had a similar situation and the company that was taking money off my account, they were targeted by both agencies and believe me they stop IMMEDIATELY, in fact, they refunded the 3 months I since told them to stop. Building Connected I’m a PM for a Industrial/Retail/Restaurant GC. We used to use blue book but now only use building connected, Easy to qualify subs. Locksmiths and door access is usually Owner furnished and installed only. Rarely we are asked to provide prices for this category. You have to solicit yourself to the owner side like Westfield malls, corporate buildings, twitter, google, Tesla, government etc. Once you get in you’ll be in there like swim wear. #nevergiveup 😎🤙💪

scam company, been like this for years! they finally are starting to get exposed for what they are… couldn’t afford the lease on their office building in jefferson valley so im sure its a matter of time with them….
I had a similar issue with this company, I’ve used them 10 yrs ago when they had local reps that would help, worked well now just ending a 2 yr contract, last 2 yrs didn’t have any feedback from this new company that took over the network. It wasn’t worth it. For small contractors it’s just a money grab
