I don't think Viktor has the dmg and mana pool early game to do that. I'm sure they were expecting to be several thousand gold behind in the early anyway. A better team could have snowballed harder but I think the game would have still evened out eventually and been C9 favored later.
I am sure the Ivern pick was more about LS wanting to try a certain champ/comp out. He knew they were against a bad team, so he probably figured they would try it to see if it is worth pulling out or not against better teams. I bet C9 tries out weird comps whenever they face IMT or GG. I was excited for this c9 roster but I think you guys are being a little unfair to GG they played pretty well up until a certain point and I honestly think GG is a top 5 team. I think c9 comp was just very unpredictable so it kinda got out of hand.
Well, their team comp was stronger early game, so yeah obviously it'll look like they played well, but in fact they weren't far enough ahead considering the team comps, they didn't get any dragons when they had a winning bot side and that is in no way a good thing when the enemy team comp outscales you hard. Snowballing early game and stacking dragons for a soul was their win condition and they failed it.
GG isn't good. They picked an early game comp and barely did anything with it. They made a lot of macro mistakes outside of lane as well. GG is bottom half of the league. They barely beat TSM academy lol. TL, TSM, 100T, EG, and FQ are all better by a long shot. CLG and DIG are arguably better than GG as well. Only team GG is better than is IMT.
Fudge has to play enchanters and control mages if C9 want to be successful. He's just not a top tier mid tbh. Sadly this won't work on the international stage because C9 doesn't have any truly dominant player like FPX did when they won it all. Also, topple this with the fact NA mids are - for the most part - very passive laners, and you can see why Fudge will have success in NA. When he faces EU, Korea, etc., he will int all game or just be completely useless. They abuse passive mid laners so hard in those regions
@@Gladdds Well no shit there's a reason. And Riot HATE when that happens. Every time any enchanter gets played anywhere except support (or jungle if it's Ivern), out comes the nerfhammer again. They just won't allow it.

Can't believe GG went Renekton and Qiyana. Yuumi was a ballsy first pick imo. Should have just first picked Gwen since Cait + Thresh were banned. You can go Yuumi for your second pick. Gwen is a great first pick since it can be top or jungle. Yuumi synergy with a champ like Gwen is great as well.
EDIT: You can also see how oblivious GG were to the Gwen flex because they then proceeded to ban two junglers.
Aww no, now Riot are gonna nerf the fuck out of all the enchanters again! Trust me, I've danced this dance before. Thanks a lot, C9!
Because enchanters mid are ez to play have cheap items. There's a reason ls is drafting enchanters.
@@Gladdds Well no shit there's a reason. And Riot HATE when that happens. Every time any enchanter gets played anywhere except support (or jungle if it's Ivern), out comes the nerfhammer again. They just won't allow it.
@@ArcaneAzmadi well ivern mid and speaks should be playable mid buy their items and kit are just way to useful just like smitw janna top
@@Gladdds Yeah, Janna is absolutely _cruising_ for another nerf. You know she's THE most-nerfed champion in the entire history of the game? Literally every single aspect of her kit has been nerfed multiple times over. And any time anyone tries to play her anywhere except support, Riot give her yet another bruise, like an abusive husband whose dinner is five minutes late again.
When they come out to bow, Fudge looks like he's the size of Berserker and Blaber combined
Summit is scary
i like how everyone has masks but the players 😂
I wanna see in worlds EG, C9, TL
seems likely
That's very likely to be honest.
I still think 100T will make it to worlds, probably instead of EG or C9, im from EU and this is the best NA season they had probably ever, cant wait to see more of c9 aswell, really hope they keep doing well and make worlds, imagine C9 vs SKT at worlds and c9 wins with LS as a coach haha
@@BG1435q some t1 fans (the vocal minority) will be in shambles
TSM, EG, TL
I want an Ivern-Rengar solo queue cheese duo named "Her Bush" and "His Pussy." Or other way around.
This is the first LS game I've seen. Pretty good start, but let's see how well he does in the long run.
Pridestalker played so well. I feel a little bad for him.
I hope C9 pick Seraphine tomorrow match
Love that name "GG Lost"
Jesus, Fudge looks like a giant compared to the rest of the team.
HOLY FUCKING SHIELDS 🛡
Ok draft blah blah blah prayge finally BUT can we all take a hot moment to admire Licorices fucking mane please good LORD
Church9 looking goooooooood
Welcome to Church. Mass is on Weekends bois
Ok I'm officially part of the church of LS
GG looks turbo tilted after game 😄
Go to church
Captain flowers is just the best.
Summit is nuts!
Summary: Welcome to the world of enchanters
Everyone laughs at Ivern in champ select, then cries in game 😹
his bush......his bush......bruh nooooo
imagine if doublelift was casting this
😂 Didn't realize ls was draft coach 😂
낭만 탑갭좌 써밋 화이팅
The utter state of this game right now.
Recien me di cuenta que esta summit en la topline y fudge se fue a la midlane jaja
Finally some interesting drafts
The draft diff is not okay lol
bruh ivern mid lul. LS is getting creative. LCK does alot of weird champs in the middle. They add ornn/sion in the mid lane take the L against certain match ups and just win game by gold efficenicy or cc chaining people. Ivern fits it, but vs better teams, ivern is def weaker than orn/cho/sion like they put in LCK. Daisy late game is just a snack for everyone except the support, shield is annoying but gl vs serpents.
LS aka LOTTA SHIELDS
OMG they got out scaled sooooooo hard
Nice sett cosplay
GG coach should study on how to wear a mask
😅 why the fuck did I get reported for playing ivern top
Soraka Top when
