I need to make a mom video of some actually good for you kid friendly dishes lol!! I am always trying to have a veggie or fruit along with meal and good solid protein.
yes ! 🙌🏼 better to teach kids how to eat healthy as an everyday thing then surprise them with junk every once and a while as a treat!
When I make lunch for my younger brother, I give him vegetables, fruit, sandwich or something that he can eat instead of it (for example tamagoyaki with cheese and dried kale, rice with chicken breast or with apple and cinnamon), some snacks (pretzels, chips, corn flakes) and something sweet (cookie, chocolate, cupcake, marshmallows). But I give him snacks and a treat only when we will be eating lunch during trip. And sometimes I make pizza for lunch, but it's not covered in big amount of cheese and even then I add some vegetables (recently my brother only eats cucumber and carrot).
Feed them beef in any kind with mashed potato with peppercorn gravy with broccoli and carrots
Cheap to make in Mass (ground beef, potatoes are already cheap, frozen broccoli)
your lucky they get to eat because all this shit looks delicious in my opinion. there tons of people out there that don't get to eat. like some friends at my school. Everytime school starts they are happy. they don't wanna leave school for the weekend even.

It is spaghetti cup
Boil spaghetti and put in the cupcake paper and then put in oven for 10 minutes and put the sause and then meatball.. tadaa done
But that's no fun
