This is great. Especially love trying to hear what they're screaming over the machines going.
Maybe, it is only the one reason why tea leafs don't try to escape from this factory.

Thank you for sharing this. I'm a huge tea lover and I'm in awe at how much goes into making a cup of tea. It's so amazing how so many different variables contribute to so many different types of flavors and types. I've yet to try some of the blends such as oolong and green. I've had green and I really don't get the love as it tastes very earthy and green. Black tea is my thing.
Tťtgggggggggttþttttttg

I don't know why my family favorite tea
good to know it, as we are processing our tea leaves from butail tea processor in palampur.
Nowhere I see the leaves plucked from farm is being washed, we consume the pesticides knowingly
Dileep Nair it goes in 130 degrees
Useful
I want raw leaves i want make one brand where can I buy?
Good video
Rotorvane and CTC manufacturing give good liquor and flavour when infused. Personally I prefer orthodox tea.
சிறப்பான வீடியோ
Yo get the best tea you should pick only the top three leaves , possible only by hand.like they do in sri lanka.
Tea rolling is better than shredding .
locker3000 yes but this is fully industrialized fifty-cents a box tea
For tea bags I guess
Most interesting.! So much enjoy seeing this video --learning how tea is made.
Nice
Learning
Nice 😊
I just bought Indian tea I'm throwing it right away
I need more information
👌👌
Nice Vdo👍👍👍👌👌👌
This picking tool is so strange! Vietnam, the North East region is picked by hand
Thái Nguyên
Even in assam nd West Bengal, tea is plucked by hand...the tool would cause extra leaves to be plucked which reduces the quality of the tea produced...
It’s strange to me that they would shred the tea and ruin it when they have great tea in Assam.
Please send me price list now available tea dust
What process makes it brown?
This video shows spraying of pesticides without any personal protection for the workers. Also the leaf appears to be near harvest time and the chemical sprayed does not get the safe harvest interval. Would be useful to consider these points.
They says 'zinc and magnesium for the health of the leaves'.. pesticides are different
The sprays were not pesticides, but instead they were some elements such as zinc and magnesium for the benefit of the plant.
You are so sweet dear. And good video . From deb raj, assam. Take care. Again visit assam
Proper location this tea manufacturing factory
How does it's colour appeared black though the leaves were used ? How do black colour nevertheless green?
😍😍
Thanks ..
Your tea looks very nice. I can offer you a biodegradable tea packaging solution

Very good one! if i can get the names of all the machine used in the processing please, i will be grateful. Am into herbal tea production in Nigeria
You have not showed the tea leaves washing process
Hey my friend! Nice video! Liked. Sifoutv Pottery
What type of tea dust....is this....BT (Broken Tea) is not mixed at CTC....please explain....
Do you have a transcript for this clip?
I felt like I was being told-off by that guy and all his finger shaking.
If u pluck by hands u pick only wat is actual ingredients of tea but if u use hand tools u pluck unnecessary leaves which might degrade the taste of tea...
Do they wash the pesticides????
Still world No 1 Orthodox Tea producer is Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏🙏
