      The honey may have more calories,but the WHITE sugar is bad for health because of the technology of making it. However, we must eat the honey separately or in cold water ,because when we put it in hot water it loses its benefits. It’s a fact that honey is used in masks, compresses and even in surgery.

      „Wine is not good for you, nor is even a moderate consumption of alcohol“
      Then
      „Drink wine if you want to live longer and healthier“

    I was born w/ a genetic sleep disorder; I've had to learn about sleep, & I check often for new information about sleep/the brain. One thing studies & sleep specialists agree on - no one can tell YOU how long you should be sleeping. There's no universal "best amount of sleep". A Dr. determines if you have a sleep problem is by asking how YOU feel after sleeping - if you always feel well rested & healthy w/ 4 hrs sleep, you only need 4 hrs. If you're still groggy & dragged down every day even if you get 8 hrs, you might need 9 hrs, or even 10.

    • @amylanham9017
      @amylanham9017 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I've heard so many down right degrade a person, that people need less. Sleeping to much makes you worse. Years and years of taunts not just for me but some others I've known. Even at a young age I had times I've slept 24 hours. As I got older I went to school full time and worked two full time jobs. As you see not enough room to sleep , crashes happened often. When crashes happened it felt like narcolepsy. I know that sounds crazy but I fell asleep on dance floors, while in indepth conversations, even eating. I do suggest that a person gets the best sleep as possible. I feel this was a solid post.

    • @KristenKUHN
      @KristenKUHN 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Agreed!
      And I'm inconsistent, it depends on other factors, the less food I eat and more stress then I need more sleep, at least 9 hours, but if the week isn't running me ragged and I can afford more high quality food then I only need 6 hours.

      Stretching is done after a warm up that is purely cardiovascular, because then blood circulation is increased and the muscles are warmer, allowing them to stretch more. Stretching itself is to increase range of motion, make pulling muscles less probable, sustain the flexibility you already have, and balance the body.

      Sleep is very important. You should sleep as much as you feel the need to consistently. If you sleep for more than 9 or 10 hours naturally, try waking up earlier for a week and then see when you will naturally wake up. Be aware that sleep is a natural process that resets the brain, and helps it rebuild, remove useless info, remember, work faster, restore your body (yes, its literally regeneration), and is when hormones responsible for growth are released. Also be very careful about oversleeping, since it is just as bad as not sleeping enough, as the brain starts to cut too many paths and basically slowly self destruct.

      √stress levels √nutrient intake √vitamin levels √ exposure to sun √hormone levels and/or thyroid function √night time lighting/should be dark √gender √happy/being In Love √ as well as several other factors not coming to me at this late hour! I will add tomorrow when I wake after my 7+ or 8+ hours of sleep tonite! I am felling pretty good so probably around the 7 mark!!!

    • @katieismobile8898
      @katieismobile8898 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      depending on how much energy is burned in the day and if you had lack of sleep previously to that night of 8 hours that you still felt better, it might be good to get a few more nights of even 9 hours sleep till you feel better. My brother gets very little sleep as Children's Aid here only listened to the mother who felt if he wanted their son so bad fine .. have him all weekend and also 1 evening of the week. My brother says, So I get no sleep at all during the weekend (because his son wakes up in the middle of the night a lot and seems to have sleep issues due to the mother having a different night schedule so she can party when she has him and sleep in when she has him) and he finally caught sleep this long weekend only because I watched his son on the weekday of the holiday. He needed it bad and to make up for sleep deprivation he slept longer than 8 I hope. Then there are some people like my mom who unintentionally do biphasic sleep where she sleeps after work for a long nap of 2 to 4 hours and then is up til maybe 2 or 3am depending on how long the computer has her in its grasp and will get maybe 3 or 4 more hours of sleep before work. She does tend to fall asleep easily and should be getting more than 4 hours of sleep at a time because right after work are still normal hours and phone calls wake her up as well as normal day time hours. I don't know if she is getting full phasic benefits. I hope she is getting full REM sleep.

It wasn't about changes to the food .. it was more of standing in front of the microwave because of the radio waves but not everyone will get cancer as it is not "oh no you got it now because you stood in front of it " .. but more of the accumulative amount of time you stood in front as well as how many times you have gotten X-Rays in your life. People can handle a certain amount in their lifetime. Not sure what number that is. Does anyone else know? I did laugh at Bullshiception ..8:51 Also from the get-go I understood Pregnancy at 9 months was just a target area as everyone knows it isn't like "oh 9th month .. pop that baby out now!"

It's best to keep your chest higher than your feet while in bed when sick because nasal,chest,throat congestion exits thru the intestinal tract more than out your mouth/nose.

    Loosing Wright is not directly proportional to how much you workout. It is proportional to how much calories you eat at a deficient. Also, since this huge channel didn’t explain it, when you over stretch before a workout, your muscles become too lengthened to perform a maximum workload. Therefore, it is better to warmup with dynamic stretches instead of static stretches. I had issues with a few more, but I don’t want to type an essay.

    The yogurt thing is actually true to an effect. If you already have a healthy microbe system in your gut then the yogurt isn't doing anything. However if your microbe count is down (such as from taking anti-biotics) the probiotics in yogurt will help you rebuild those microbe colonies faster.
    The stretching myth isn't complete. Yes stretching can weaken the muscles however you still shouldn't jump into a workout. The correct way is to perform the same exercise movement just at a slower speed and with less weight. Slowly over 5 minutes increase speed/weight until you warm up your muscles for the actual exercise.
    The sugar in honey might not be better then white sugar however the local pollen the honey is sourced from will boost your immune system to local allergies. Which is why LOCAL honey is better for you then x brand honey.
    Chicken broth (if the broth is made from soaking chicken bones and meat in boiling water) provides many vitamins and liquid that is often loss during a cold. It won't fight a cold for you but will rebuild your reserves as your body fights off infection. In fact boiling any food item releases the most amount of nutrients from it.
    The correct amount of time to sleep is any number divisible by 90 minutes. 90 minutes is the average time to complete one full sleep cycle. Waking up in the middle of a cycle is what makes you groggy. So 7 1/2 hours and 9 hours will be better then 6 or 8 hours.

    Milk chocolate has a lot of sugar in it, which causes insulin spikes, which causes inflammation and stress on the body, also more oil is secreted when your stressed which leads to spots, eating too much sugar also leads to more food for bad bacteria, which leads to more spots. So no milk chocolate is very much bad for you and the sugar contained within it encourages spots, Eat in moderation.
    I abstained from sugery treats for a couple of weeks and my spots all went away, whenever I have too much sugar they return, no matter how clean I keep my skin.

    Oh yeah and u missed one thing, being cold does cause diseases. Ur body wants to use ur energy to regenerate heat in ur body, so the immune system will get less energy to function properly. Thats how u catch a cold

      being cold cause diseases?? people catch a cold because the immune system gets less energy to function properly?? where did u get that info then? you better do more researches... having weak immune system itself doesnt give us colds. but viruses and bacterias do..

    • @redchameleon613
      @redchameleon613 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      serenity 00000 Yes, ultimately bacteria and viruses cause diseases, but you are completely ignoring role of the cold temperature in the process of getting cold that's 100% wrong! Every single time I get my body, particularly feet, been cold for prolonged period of time, ie half an hour plus, I will get cold in exact same environment where I didn't have any symptoms for days.

      PekosGaming Daily stuff & things actually cold is caused by 200 plus viruses, flu is caused by one virus cold influenza. Cold is due to atmospheric conditions and temperature. When air because dense due to coldness..virus plummet to ground level at the same time humans are clumped up together making a perfect reservoir. Changes in equilibrium in the body temperature may increase susceptibility to acquiring these pathogens. But if your not in contact with the pathogen you dont get the disease.

      that absurd to have to add that whole explaining all the time!
      type 1 I say genetic, cause it's in your genes,
      type 2 is in western world a lot more common, so unspecified just means almost only about type 2 :).
      In Belgium, 8% diabetic thus type 2, type one is a mere 0,4% of population.
      so, no don't agree.. not every smaller group has to be specifically mentioned every time, certainly when context of store after immediately makes clear with one you are talking about!

    Microwaves can cause cancer. Directly applying microwave radiation to food can cause more free radicals when consumed hence can over long periods of time cause cancer. Of course the predisposition is multifactorial (poor diet, a sedentary lifestyle and overuse of chemicals).

    The average sleep needed is 8 with a normal span from 5.5 hrs to 10.5 hrs. I think people need to stop picking on us that need a lot of sleep. Getting too little sleep for your own body type is linked to obesity and cancer. Also people of the past often had polyphasic sleep, going to bed at sunset, waking up a few hrs later, stayed awake a few, then slept til sunrise. Around the equator its dark 12 hours a day, you think they worked 6 of those in the past when a fire was your only light source?

    • @InfernosReaper
      @InfernosReaper 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      As someone who doesn't get his previous 7-9 and is stuck with 4-6 due to chronic pain, yeah, not getting the right sleep for you is bad. Mentally, I"m a shell of my former self. Fortunately, my exhaustion is great enough that I manage 6 hours more than 4 or I'd be really wrecked.

    • @TB-rx1ue
      @TB-rx1ue 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It really is age dependent. I used to sleep more as a teen. Now I get 6 hours and feel like it’s more than enough... It’s in range by the National Sleep Foundation which recommends 7 to 9 hours but says 6 may be appropriate. It’s subjective and you have to know how you you function at different durations. Too much sleep causes many health issues just as well as too little. There is no hard rules, simple averages are not indicative of how much u need. But I think back in the day, people spent a lot more time socializing probably not so much sleeping.
