The care and attention, Vito and his family put into cooking has been a revelation. Every meal is an occasion and is so full of love for the people eating it. Wow, the Italian way of cooking and eating is so special. Dianne, you are such a loving and giving person. The way you welcome and go with the flow (and clean!) is an inspiration. The Australian Yellowtail wine you had in this video is made in the griffith / yenda winery area , near where I live (nsw). And its a very good pairing with the Italian food as a lot of the wineries in that area are Italian family owned wineries. Casella, Calabria,DeBortoli. Loved this 2 part cooking video, and yes Vito should have his own channel 😊❤🍷
I have a confession to make I dont eat pasta or garlic but after that cooking style in the pan I would give it a try, For you Ladys out there Vito is partner material , just think no more cooking in your life let Vito look after you. For three people it was a little to much made but I see a good breakfast next day to clean the left overs . BRING BACK IN THE PAN please !
