  • How to keep your Lemongrass Blades Fresh and easy to cut for Herbal Teas and adding into Soups, Stews or pan frying Chicken. Freshly harvested Lemongrass adds so much extra flavor and health benefits to your Hot herbal Teas.
    Some of the Benefits are:
    Relieving anxiety. ...
    Lowering cholesterol. ...
    Preventing infection. ...
    Boosting oral health. ...
    Relieving pain. ...
Boosting red blood cell levels. ...
    Relieving bloating.
This Simple technique is easy to do with your own grown Lemongrass Blades. One word of caution, the blades can be sharp on edges when braiding, so take your time braiding or you may find a cut or two on your hands.
Once braided, you cut the bottom of the plant below the rubberband (or cloth string) and then hang it on a wall in your kitchen near your tea pot! (keep away from stove away). Simply snip off a nice tablespoon with a sharp scissors and add to your herbal tea pot.
Lemongrass blends well with Chamomile, mints, white willow bark and of course, always Ginger root!
Lemongrass is not a perennial of ISA, so you much plant each spring to replenish.
*You can find Lemongrass in our Sweet Moon Dreams Tea on our website:
