Thanks R&O! This video saved me a lot of money. Oxidation and hardened grease turned out to be the reason that my passenger side motor got jammed. It took me a bit over one hour to fix it with the help of your instructions. It's typical that the amount of second hand driver side motors is overwhelming whereas second hand passenger side motors are super scarce and cost almost tenfold.
My passanger side wiper goes up to the upper position and freezes there. Sometimes it stops in the middle of the window and the driver side wiper goes over it.
I have heard that there are magnets on the shaft which indicates position of the wiper, that magnet sometimes gets of the its place and then control board cant control it properly. You have to change that wiper motor assembly or try to glue that magnet back in place. Sadly, I havent done this type of repair yet.
@@rustoil Thank you for the information. I already ordered used one which supposedly works normally, and will replace it once it arrives to me :) However, i will follow your example - dismantle the thing and check whats wrong with it.

The problem is, the little fake plastic part (that is next to the xenon bulb) fell inside in my headlight and is stuck inside and I can't get it out. Do you have some advice what can I do? Well, i have not had problem like this, but if it is impossible to remove it by wiggling the headlight, then you will have to remove the cover...

Which one is master and which is slave? There is a letters G and D. I have europe version, driver is on left side a vehicle
Master is drivers wiper motor, slave is passengers.
