With the battery tester you can check the load of your small household batteries, and see if they are good or bad. It can test most of the common types of batteries, such as AA, AAA, 1,5V 3V, 9V, etc.
As you can see in the video, I have tested multiple types of batteries, and then compared the results with a multimeter. All of the tests came out accurate.
This little gadget saves you time and money, and it prevents you from throwing away good batteries.

Certainly this battery tester will make my life easy. I always have batteries laying around my house and now with this tester I'll be able to test them before throwing them away.
That's right, and this is great for the environment, as well.
I have a lot of battery-operated appliances in my house. Now I think I can test a battery before putting it in the device with this battery tester device. I hope to buy this device very soon. Thank you very much for informing me about this. Didn't know about this device before watching this video.
I've been wanting to get a battery tester for a long time now, and this one is perfect!
I'm always getting batteries mixed up and not being sure which are the good ones! This tester looks a really handy way to solve the problem.
Video is straight to the point, no time wasted. Good work
Thanks, I'm glad you like it.
The Toshiba "2032" battery at 1:51 is actually good, because you have to refer to the "BUTTON BATT" scale [lower part of meter face] for such batteries. The Toshiba is well within the GREEN ["good"] zone for such batteries. Don't make the mistake of using the upper scale, which is for traditional cells, such as A, AA, AAA, C, D, and 9V "transistor radio" batteries. This is also borne out by the DMM load reading in excess of 2.8V. Although the battery is rated [nominally] at 3V, this test was done under load, and, extrapolating the information found on the back of the tester at 0:20, and doubling the voltage ranges for 1.5V cells, a 3V battery would be considered "good", if its voltage is at least 2.56V.
An excellently CLEAR video !! 👀
Thank you 👍

Volt tests are misleading. You need to do a resistance test as well.
Resistance LOAD test :)
can you recommend a cheap tester which does this? thanks
All of a sudden I feel I must test every single battery in my house 🤓Pretty cool battery checker!
Yes, it can get addictive.
We have a bathroom scale that runs 1 battery completely dead and the other 3 are strong. I kept throwing away batteries and remembered I had this tester.
Looks like a simple to use battery checker. It does look quite cheap though and the testing proves it. Seems quite useful that it works with 9V, but it doesn't seem that it is as accurate with them as with the other ones.
Just got a battery tester and was not sure how exactly to use it so thank you
You are welcome!
I am not an expert on battery testers, but yours better than mine so I am definitely going to try buy the one you have. good review on battery checker. know I can know what is going on with my battery!
Can li-ion cell be tested?
Great video. Can you provide a link of the actual digital tester you were checking them with.
I got one with a battery organizer. Tried it on brand new batteries just like you are showing and I get nothing on any battery. Could the tester be a dud?
I have a question: When it says, "Replace, does it mean to throw away the battery?" If it says replace?
This battery tester looks comfortable.
I find this battery tester useful. I will get one for my tool kit
I found a lithium battery it wasn't showing any readings so I charged it for a couple hours I put it in the little arm started going past the red and hitting the wall of the tester to the left I know which side is positive and negative
Why does the battery daddy show the button cell being tested on an angle?
i have one
I have this sнїt, a useful tool, but fragile like grandpa.
