Some probability calculations:
Step 1. Probability of boy meeting girl: one in 20,000.
Step 2. Probability of same boy knocking up same girl: one in 2000.
Step 3. Probability of right sperm meeting right egg: one in 400 quadrillion.
Step 4. Now lets assume that you have just those 12 generations of ancestors mentioned in the intro to this song. For the probability of every one of those 12 generations of your ancestors having reproduced successfully with right sperm having met the right egg is 400 quadrillion to the 12th power.
Given these 4 steps, the probability of you being born you at the present moment is 20k x 2k x 400 quadrillion to the 13th power. My Aunt, on my mother's side, took nearly a whole year to go search for our ancestors. When she finished her quest, she had gathered nearly 2500 pages just of the ancestors on the family tree. Then she spent at least another year to gather information on what they did for a living, etc. She found men that were Generals in the Revolutionary War, others were farmers, some were local politicans, some fought in the Civil War on different sides...more information that one could read in 10 years it seems!

Hello, today I stood in the presence of Divinity ❤.
I stood 15 meters away from our beloved Valkyrie Goddess of Metal and Empathy Floor ❤❤😇😇😇.
She gave a concert in my hometown of Eindhoven, Netherlands 🇳🇱.
She was Amazing 👏. She was fighting fit, physically and vocally ❤. Dressed in black leather jacket, sleeveless t- shirt, grey leather pants and high boots 👢. Man, her voice drives into your heart ❤️ and soul 😇.She got me good, twice ( the 🌰Ninjas 🥷).
She started with Fire and gave 2 encores.
What an experience 👏 😊.
Ps ; her inspiration started it, Anneke, the mother of Metal. She too was fighting fit 😊
Hope you guys all had fun watching live. I am unfortunately still at work so I have missed it. Will watch later when I get home.

Nightwish dont dissapoint "did you feel the ghost energy song" I listened to this song maybe 50 times by now, and it is one i like to listen to with my headphones or without,
its really a good song, when i can do so to me.
Some say Floors voice is low in the mix, and i can agree its hard to get all words she
sing, but if you look at it soundwise it sounds amazing!! and after a listen or 2, you know most of lyrics, and its no problem at all, its done fully on purpose for the sound experince of it.. cant wait for rest of album!!
Yesterwynde is the opening track on new album, i belive its only like a intro, its a little over 2 min long, #2 on album then is a almost 10 min song, thats proberly another epic!! #3 is where i think they bring in a heavy track, and this Perfume of the timeless is #5.. so i think its gonna be a good mix of heavy songs, Epics, and maybe a full balled..
Perfume of the timeless, well its almonst a ghost energy song right, telling all these ancestors is perfume around in a timeless world, being around you still, also a message that your existens matters!! i feel tuomas also put in a little message that mankind could do better still, Einstein turn to ape..
The title of the album is a word made by band member Troy Donockley, which Holopainen describes as the feeling of time, history, memory, and being connected to past generation, who have "all had their lives, their ups and downs, and they don't exist anymore, except as atoms scattered all over the universe. And we're going to be in that state pretty soon as well. So that should give you something to think about."
Holopainen has described the album as being about humanism, history, and the inspiration thereof, and that outlook of the album is positive and optimistic ]

Really nice to see a reactor who covers NW so originally. Super happy to see someone react to Tarja songs as well, especially rare songs like Kuolema teki minusta taiteilijan.
The are actually not going to tour this album.
He wrote this during lockdown and has another album either done or nearly so.
They just finished a huge world tour last summer, then recorded this album and filmed video(s) this year.
They all need a break, and Floor needs some time with new baby girl & her first daughter as well.
I can not wait for the next single they are planning on releasing, then the album in Sept.! 😊

But the Wintersun suggestions were for wintersun sons of winter and stars 1.5 official lyric video and wintersun time live rehearsal video at Sonic pump studio in Helsinki Finland. So could you give me a timeframe when you will react and analysize my wintersun suggestions? If you could send back a reply to let me know. Tuomas sang at least once. In "The Poet and the Pendulum", shortly before the end, in a duet with Floor, as it was his most personal song, dealing with the separation from Tarja.

Tuomas only does backing vocals on Auri songs
He also sings on the first NW album. Honestly, it is not great. Don't know about the Auri singing.

Great reaction on this masterpiece, Christie! We often read or hear about the Eight World Wonders but if you look at what it takes to be the person who you are in our existence each and everyone of us is a World Wonder. It takes a musical poet like Tuomas to realise this and bring it to our attention through his awe inspiring music.
I firmly applaude you for adjusting the sound in order to bring Floor's vocals more to the front. The audio mix of this music video is my only point of criticism to this production. Floor's vocals in many fragments get seriously drowned by choir and instrumentals. Kai seems to have stated in an interview that it was intentionally done to make her vocals part of the choir. I disagree. You don't have a front woman, and one of the best vocalists of our generation for that matter, to be part of the choir. Just my two cents.

we see many extinct animals in the video. by the way I like the song and the video but I must day this is a very romantic vision of the past since we know that for millenia procreation and marriage had nothing to do with love (and there are still places in the world where young women even 12 years old are forced into marriage) and since you're a woman you were never the dream of your ancestors because we know they wanted male children having a girl was almost considered a disgrace and (again) it's still like that in many cultures today.
This is single but no to do with the coming 10th album next September 20th 2024. Songs are different single is sinle.

Why am I hearing distortion? 15:57 Not the good kind like you would expect on a guitar in metal but the bad kind like something is wrong. These guys have millions of dollars, many albums behind them and the clout to hire one of the best orchestras in the world. And it's not my system at home. There should not be this kind of distortion. Baffling. Worrisome. Something is wrong.
