    I’d look in to running new brake lines. Niccop is pretty forgiving and bendable and you have all the lines off to pattern with. I think a 30 foot roll is pretty cheap like under $50 the flaring tool isn’t super expensive and will last forever. Niccop is pretty corrosion resistant too. Idk if you get roads salted where you live but they will stay looking nice.

    I love it. but I too wonder about the hard lines for the brakes. Maybe its impossible to find new lines, and your skill set can determine if they are still up to snuff to perform correctly. this looks amazing!!!!

    Loving your work Austin your attention to detail is next level my friend, it’s like therapy watching after a long hard day at work.
    About your fuel pump choice, DCOE’s need 3.5psi to run properly so can use a regulator to set the pressure and an in-tank pump runs much quieter than a frame mounted one and low pressure in-tank pumps are available.

    Man, I love your vids! The rebuilds and restores and upgrade conversions that you do are amazing! You have taught me SO much for my own DLX jobs. I would kill for your shop setup, wow really awesome, my garage is 22x22 so it’s kinda small. Thanks for the amazing vids!!

    Where is the green truck ? Haven’t seen it in awhile ? Didn’t you have it up for sale? Also love the hilux build so far. Very clean and simple. I think your right about the 18in wheels. I think a 16 with a little strong tire would look good for begin lowered but what do I know lol I drive a super clean 2005 Tacoma. Toyota guy for life! Have had many. Great channel man!

    That motorcycle style strainer you put in the tank will get easily clogged. Before you drop the bed back on put a proper fuel tank sock style strainer on there.

    I always enjoy watching and looking forward to your videos, I was just wondering, you said on your previous videos that you are going to leave the body as is, with all the the work that you've done with the drive train, are you still going to leave the body as is, or you're going to build it like the other Tacomas?

  • @edmartini9724
    @edmartini9724 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I'd bend that rear brake line 90 degrees and mount it facing the left side of the truck on the crossmember behind the tank. It's ruins the look of the coil overs from under the rear.
