Hey, thanks for the comment! It is a formidable knife, just not what I would expect when using it as a "karambit". As a hawk-billed blade, great knife.
@@bladebruddahs6676 You're right. I hold it in an upright chopping forward position. I put my pinky in the ring for extra reach. I carry two, one in the left pocket, and one in the right pocket. Practicing dual wield.
Out of many Cold Steel folders I collected, my most favorite lethal are , one of this TIger Claw, Talwar and Black Talon 2(all of these 3 are cts xhp serrated version)
Also just a Chinese mystic/superstition saying; once a blade touched blood, it will often cut for the taste of blood. 2 days ago, I removed the plastic wrap I did myself for my 2 Magnum Tanto 9 imch, one is cpm 3v while another is san mai. 2 days ago got small cut on my left index finger by my San Mai version, which made me stopped cleaning and yesterday I continued, the cut was super deep and bleeded non stop. Not once already, almost every time was that particular blade, not that I was careless nor I don't know how as I always would clean all of my blades. It's this Magnum Tanto always wanna "taste' blood. Dang! Feel like throwing it but too expensive to throw🤣. Just to name a few fixed blades from Cold Steel I owned, I have both the recon tanto(also 1 in cpm 3v, 1 in San Mai), Gurkha Kukri Plus O2 steel, Natchez Bowie O2. Just this particular Magnum Tanto 9 San Mai almost every time I cleaned it, sure would have been sliced by it. Devil blade 🤣
Hey, thanks for the comment! I guess to each their own. I think it depends on the knife design but for me, the longer handle applied to a karambit styled knife just didn't quite "click" with me.
With practice, one of the best self-defense knives under 3 inches. My personal favorite. Absolutely Devastating.

I'm a big fan of longer handles to give more reach without making the blade longer. You can always choke closer to the blade if needed.

@@bladebruddahs6676 Agreed, it really depends on personal taste.
it is a very nice karambit ! I've owned one for years
Hey, thanks for the comment! Just a matter of personal preference I guess, glad that you like yours.
Got the serrated one myself! One of my favorites from CS. I just got the Mayhem, ck out my review.
Very nice!
I’ve watched the raid 2 movie and he had a karambit knife I use it for fighting purposes only because I trained to only use sharp weapons
Thanks for the comment!
