If your having computer problem with Windows 10 after the windows update and you want to roll back to the previous version of Windows 10 build, then this video is for you.
Remember to backup your data before downgrading to previous version of windows 10.

Settings - Update & Security - Recovery
Click the “Get started” button to “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10“.

My computer updated last night when I went to sleep yet there is still no option to roll back.

What if it says I can't update it 'cos my PC was updated 10 days ago?
I rolled back to 1709 after the 1803 update which basically installed more MS bloatware, slowed down the whole system with MS's own installed spyware and automatically made system settings changes without authorisation. Finally, the update tried to delete my previous version of Win10, in other words trying to make it impossible to roll back. For me if this trend continues with MS then it will be time to change to another OS that does it's job without interfering with how I want to use my PC i.e. Linux.

Updated two days ago and I dont see the "go back to the previous version of windows 10" option in recovery.

3 FPS was an exaggeration, but at least halved, I tried resetting the computer and and it worked fine until I download nvidia drivers and then it goes back. Even when I delete them it still won’t go back. I’m so pissed because I say with nvidia support for 3 hours with different agents who all disconnected without saying anything and leaving me in a queue. Fuck nvidia

There is no option to “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10” under Recovery.

@@Randomims Mine updated yesterday and this option does not exist for me.
Windows also does it for you when some features don't work. My computer would not take a key update.So Windows said it could not update and automatically rolled back to previous version

Because they don't want you to roll back, they want you to be there guinea pig and test there buggy os
I did it on my school laptop and it disconnected it from the school servers what do I do

Windows Installed update 2004 on its own while i shuted down my pc to go to sleep, next day my system was INCREDIBLY laggy to the point i was experiencing 1fps at games and couldnt access to the desktop. Rolled back and everything's seems fine until now.. we'll see

Alright, there is one thing I don't quite understand. It says you should try updating first before doing a rollback but can't you only rollback to the last version you had before, so updating will make you be stuck with the version that doesn't work and an updated one that could potentially also not work.
Or do I misunderstand something here, would the rollback after the second update get you back to the version from before you did the first update?
Latest version broke my bluetooth controllers so time for a rollback until they fix it.

You can download the ISO of the old version and install it.

Hi, I updated my laptop to Windows 10 and roll back it to windows 10 again but the version I had back then is not the same as before I upgrade it to W11 and I have missed my chance to restore the old version like what shown to yours. Windows update make the screen black and my internet connection not working.
Well that's great information but how do I rollback if it doesn't even fully boot into windows after installing 2004 which I know I shouldn't have now it gets to a screen where it tells me all the things that I have shut off and my mouse or my keyboard doesn't work so I can't click on anything to go past that screen

I had to go back to a previous Windows 10 build because I did the Windows 10 20H2 update and my system was not recognizing my GPU and there were many other bugs.

Will this delete any games I have on my laptop because I got some error code saying Xbox game bar wasn’t working yet my games were fine so I went to update windows in hopes that it would fix it but it got slow I tried some ways to fix it that weren’t anything major and nothing happened and I updated all the driver updates and it’s still slow and it’s only for games and so I tried lowering it to lowest graphics and least taxing and it was laggy but it wasn’t before the update so now I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do ;-;

I don’t know how to fix this but I no longer have a background on my desktop. the desktop icons, and the hot bar on the bottom of the screen are gone. I can’t use any of the windows related commands like windows+I to pull up settings. I access everything through task manager then go to files then search up files to pull up games and other stuff. Can anyone help me?
