The new Alpha Theta name may not mean much but it's really bugging me. I hate it. And the rumours say we may never see a Pioneer Dj product ever again.
This, he stated alpha is the new budget brand but I can’t find anything that says that. This is the new branding. They’re confident in these products and that’s why they’re first to have the new logo slapped on it. The AZ will sell like crazy.
@@Akemi2_1 Pioneer DJ bought Alpha Theta. It’s not a company takeover but a new subsidiary. The bio on their website states: AlphaTheta creates innovative DJ products and musical experiences with the proven technology developed under Pioneer DJ. Both brands will continue to exist and offer customers more choice.
Definitely go for what suits your style and budget. The FLX10 is almost double the price of the GRV6 with the same features minus the new stem splitter. The AZ is $1,000 more than the RX3 for a new screen and 4 channel mixer. The GRV6 & XDJ RX3 seem to be their most affordable options. The new AZ features don't justify the exponential price hike for me.

GRV6 or FLX10 ??! I can't decide. Would prefer the AZ tho if I had the extra change lol...

I've got a FLX-10 two months ago and I agree with you! It's not worth the upgrade tothe new GRV6 or the AZ
@@fpinheiral Congrats on your new gear! The FLX10 looks solid!
