- Ryan (Cameron Crovetti) and Homelander (Antony Starr) interrupt an unsavoury scene as the director, Adam (P.J. Byrne), makes an assistant uncomfortable. After a less-than-satisfactory apology, Ryan makes Adam get on his knees to apologise and encourages the assistant to physically take out her frustration on him. Watch The Boys on Prime Video.

What is that in the sky? Is it a bird? A plane? No, it’s evil flying sheep! 🐑 th-cam.com/video/eiq4bFn39sQ/w-d-xo.html
Release the rest of the Season NOW
Ryan looks like Bully Maguire in the thumbnail.😂
Teach him to run like A train
Technically sheep count as birds
This will sink deep into Ryan's mind, because:
1. No one died from this.
2. He is now in a position of power, that can bring "evil" to their knees.
3. The "weak" got chance for justice under his "power"
Yeap, if this keep up, our boy Ryan will become "NeighborhoodLander"
Adam is not evil though, he was just misusing his power and making her uncomfortable, that's it. Real evil is homelander and his son all along, they are the one who is in power.
@@Bronsonnarratornah I'm sorry but evil is subjective. And this harraser is evil. Homelander is definitely worse but let's be real, if this guy had Homelanders powers he would do alot worse as well. Just like homelander. Both are awful
And he would be pretty much right
Don't you mean HimeBoy?
@@Bronsonnarrator misusing power over other people isnt evil to you. You typed that out. To me, you are worse and deserve worse than the character got.
I love how quickly and hard Bonnie starts slapping him. Seems like he’d been making her “uncomfortable” for awhile
Or she's scared of homelander
@@nillsthefunexpert2571 maybe a bit of both. But this felt personal. 🤣
@@nillsthefunexpert2571homelander didnt say she wasnt hitting hard enough tho

This is like the nicest thing Homelanders ever done
It's literally baby steps, he knows what he's doing
Ikr, donno why peeps taking this the other way around
@@Ari-pq4db Because Homelander finally found a way to manipulate Ryan into becoming him. He's actually being supportive of him, which only enables Ryan into doing stuff like this.
@@hamIindigo yea but in a kinda nice way, even though it's look like manipulation but Ryan's character is smart, he won't be manipulated cuz of the mother card u know...
On one hand, yeah, the director had it coming and he deserved it 100% of those slaps, but on the other, Homelander found a way to corrupt Ryan in a way to make him think he's helping people and that's sad
This was quite merciful for homelander
Yeh, I was actually relieved that it went like this.
How? The director is like the worst person in the series lol@@sammartina8574
Gotta work his way up to lasering people in broad daylight, one day!
@@sammartina8574that's the soyboy in you talking 😂
@@4985boo ... No comment. 😆
Ryan switching sides every episode lol
Almost like teenagers go through rapid and intense changes and their mood does swings… I wonder what that could be called
i guess because he really doesnt know who to listen to, he is lost and confused, he just needs a father figure
@@imposteramogus2167 pu-bertay~
Very realistic since that’s how teenagers are. But I suppose he isn’t supposed to be a teenager yet it’s just the actor aged.
@@imposteramogus2167what a lazy excuse for poor writing
Wait till Ryan finds out how he was conceived
That might actually be a big plot point later on when he finally turns on HL
How?
Like what's he gonna do
@lusanoluvanda7559 at the very least he's not gonna like it lol
Well butcher betrayed becca with a waitress, one week before she decided to be with homelander
That's what my mom would want.
Also Ryan : chooses homelander over butcher 😂
Not that mate.
He really sees HL as his father and doesnt know what he did to his mum.
He still loves Butcher too tho.
@@adimark42Exactly it's pretty hard to turn on your old man , a dad is dad .
@@Durdendev71exactly, it’s human nature to love your dad
Well, that what Ryan wanted so
Because HL tells him what he wants to hear, and acts like decent father, Butcher rejected Ryan because of that accident,
what a sweet bonding time between a father and his son
Diabolical
Homelander learned what he needs to do to make ryan like himself is to let him make the decisions on his own, in the right or more wrong circumstances, rather than force him to be as he wants ryan is slowly gonna pick up that by his own choice, perfect way to manipulate someone is to trick them with their own free will
This feels quite left field for Ryan at one point he's conflicted and then he's corrupted
I agree, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me... it seemed out of character considering previous episodes
@@Russ_lolwell earlier in the episode Homelander said he wouldn’t judge in what he wanted. Ryan said he wanted to save people right before this interaction and Homelander presented him with a situation. It only feels weird because we haven’t seen Ryan really be sadistic until now when he is enjoying the guy getting slapped. That’s the only difference
Remember Ryan smiled when homelander lasered that dude at the end of season 3. Ryan isn’t just pure evil but he’s conflicted, he has a bad side but he has feelings for people as well.
I disagree. Ryan generally shows satisfaction when horrible people get punished. He has a sadistic side but unlike homelander he also has a conscience. That means guult when those he deems innocent suffer, but satisfaction when it comes to those he thinks deserve it.
Homelander is giving Ryan what he wants this time, by being lenient , he is turning him on his side, yes he is saving people but the wrong way
I know this guy. My dad used to work with him. I think they are friends, because my dad told me about a game they were playing during work, where they threw paper in a trash can. Sadly my dad didnt came home last night from work. Hope he is okay.
will you work with your father?
My sympathies man, hope things aren't getting too hot to handle.
@@arushsinha6839 i pretty sure things arent tooo deep in the oven
Bruh. He's talking about the show.
I hope he doesn’t get *FIRED*
Honestly, I thought he got off pretty easy. I mean, Homelander, could have shown Ryan how it really goes down.
Seriously, for Homelander, that was almost NICE.
Why what did he do?
Ironically, while Homelander is being manipulative, this is actually pretty justified - that sleazeball director totally deserved it.
Homelander went easy on him because he son is present
@@CARLWINARDCHOYif his son wasn’t around he probably wouldn’t have done anything lol
The transition of Ryan going the dominant psychopathic route really felt unnatural. Up until now he has always showed comprehension, mercy and forgiveness, always feeling uncomfortable around Homerlander's ruthlessness. I raised an eyebrow seeing him indulge in sadistic punishment without any buildup whatsoever.
Exactly how I felt put into words. Why it feels like this episode and the whole series about to go faster
@@justinmau6419 you just outright copy another mate
It is either bad writing or psychopathic genes, which is totally understandable considering how Ryan was conceived.

Those slaps sounded PERSONAL
And a bit excessive, a couple of times sure but she kept going…
@@matthewriley7826this was NOT the *ideal* way of punishing adam.
but nobody can argue he didnt deserve it
Homelander's learning from Sage's advice to nudge things the way he wants them to go instead of applying a sledgehammer. Given Ryan every chance to make the wrong choices and reward them.
Any time you interact with HL there's like a 1/4 chance you'll get lasered.
I'd say this guy got off pretty well.
I am the only who felt it was wholesome how Homelander look at Ryan like "thats my boy" I mean is messed up but it still wholesome.
Seems like you are highly suseptible to manipulation, bro. Stay away from cults and politics
Then it's not wholesome.🤦♂️
@@yoshijb9428family bonding at the expense of someone being slapped sounds pretty wholesome to me

He already knew homelander would lazer his shi in half😭
“It didn’t sound like you meant it”
“That’s just my natural tone.”
OMG that is a great line, basically the kind of person you want to have slapped until that tone goes away.
Someone watching Season 5 could be forgiven for thinking Homelander focuses on hurting people who deserve it.
Bonnie sending that dude to the shadow realm haha
I’m surprised Bonnie is somehow that strong
How nice to see that the boy is learning from his father! Looking forward to their wholesome interactions in the future!
I like how Homelander smiled at the end with hints of pride that his son finally dabbled with his power a little bit.
I'm still trying to figure out if Ryan knows what Homelander did to his mom I bet he'll find out in the next episode
Malory still has that video of Becca looking all disheveled.
But in season 2 becca says to Ryan that butcher is his real father
@@rome316ae3 what episode? and Homelander is his biolgoical father

Homelander is such a great father! Very nice to see
Homelander himself violated other women 😂😂😂 Ryan was conceived from another man’s (butchers) wife. How hypocritical
@@sandeepj7414 ikr? So wholesome (not!)
I mean if you ignore the context he kinda is. Supporting his son from the sidelines, while gently guiding him on what he should do to accomplish his goals.
What a lovely father and son moment.
What 90% of retail staff want to do to there boss's
So Ryan will be a Punisher-Superman The ..Omni-man of The Boy's just without "MY PLANET" "MY PLANET" "MY PLANET" "MY PLANET"
I REALLY hope so
Notice how after a while Ryan stopped saying "again" but she didn't stop hitting the dude. 😂 They really did save her.
How hypocritical. Homelander himself harassed other women. Now he is being the pretentious big man.
Homelander’s like: Thats my boy🥹
swear this dude cant stay on one side lol
It's not about Ryan being forcefully become ruthless. It all comes from Homelander. Once he accepted himself, he accepted his son. That made him have big influence on Ryan. Listening to his wishes, not forcing (like in past episodes) but gently guiding him. That's why Ryan listens to Homelander. He doesn't feel forced to do something and finally found his dad (guiding figure). All teenagers in his age are searching for the way in life, searching for meaning, destiny. One episode he can enjoy being (rightfully) ruthless, in another he may think that this was all wrong.
This scene 1:36 reminds me of angels with filthy souls from home alone 2 were the old guy said "Get down in your knees and tell me you love me" vibe
2:21 he sounds like Joffrey from GOT
Ser Merlyn punish Sansa
2:40 He's defo enjoying it
dawg that lady had did NOT hesitate
Ryan could be seen for the moment being a bad temper of his father Homelander, but it will be inevitable that he will now find out when he and his mother met! 💀💀😮😮
2:12 cool detail when Homelander whispers to Ryan, there is a clear distance between both that normal humans won’t here the whisper, but since both have super hearing,Ryan can hear Homelander just fine
This must be the single most stressful building to work in on earth. The health insurance must either be through the f%^king roof or nonexistent let alone the sheer level of therapy required for like 90% of the staff.
It was proved that Ryan is Homelander's son lol
You can tell at 0.27 homelander wanted to laugh
This is like one of the few times Homelander seems genuinely happy
What can you expect he is learning from the best America is in safe hands
That sound he made at 2:40 😂 sounds like he was getting into to.
What did the 5 fingers say to the face?
Her hand might get sore after a while. Those were some hard smacks!
I hope she remembers to use her other hand as well

I was expecting Ryan to threaten Adam with laser eyes
i tought hes just gonna laser him
Bonnie didnt hesitate for a second.
They probably didn't know what to do before ryan's big "betray homelander" moment so they made him seem more like homelander to add more weight to it
Did adam just moan 2:40
😂 I didn’t pay attention to that before! Is Adam really being punished in his perception???
homelander going after A-train for drinking shakes now that’s all he’s having
That korean girl looked totally into this.😁😁😊
That guy was pretty annoying tbh
I can't for the life me understand why men are avoiding women in the workplace.what a strange phenomenon. 🙄
The slap would be 10x better and satisfying if we see more of how Adam made her uncomfortable
Um... Watch the show.
its not supposed to be satisfying. The point is that ryan is being cruel for no reason
@@pipsqeak7104 yeah ik ik, I just wanna have fun seeing Adam get slapped
@@DirtCheapFU we only got one short scene and it wasn't that bad
@@erob9446I agree but based on the comment on Reddit on this scene people genuinely believe just from what we saw that this guy apparently deserved this. People are so sensitive.
2:11 I love how when Homelander whispers to Ryan, its from an unusual distance. Usually you go close to the person's ear when you whisper, but homelander does it in open space, almost as if he doesn't care. Ryan has the same super hearing so he can hear what he's saying clearly. Homelander in that moment makes Ryan feel special, strongly reinforcing the idea that he and his son live on a higher level compared to everyone else. It was a really smart thing for Homelander to do. Amazing little detail
I kinda think the girl was happy to slap him😂😂❤️
Writing for this season is all over the place for characters
Nope, everything makes sense, hop off the bandwagon.
Honestly deserved
I can't believe that Hughie beat that guy up in front of Homelander and his son.... For shame!!!
Getting slapped by your crush? 😃😃 it ain't even a punishment
I was so excited for Ryan here he slowly seemed like homelander for a second 😂
Aww they bonding so sweet
Homeland is doing an excellent job with raising his son. Always nice, humble, kind, polite, soft spoken and very down to earth of a person. We need more people like him.
4 seasons and i still dont know why people got issues with my boy Homelander.
Honestly, they turned a childhood into Auschwitz and act all 🤯. Same kinda people will always look down on the HL kind of character
Still surprise Ashley and this guy getting slap is still alive until this point.
He's got the spirit
Ryan better be careful or Negan is gonna come after him
And at this moment Ryan realised he’s messed up

I was so out of reaction watching this..I mean this is Homelander😂
The beautiful thing about this show from season 1 the writing has been excellent, and absolutely nobody is being carried everyone is playing their part brilliantly.
Bonnie didn’t hesitate with those slaps, she must have been uncomfortable for a long time.
It's not like that, it's like she too misused her power when given to her.
She went full domitrix on him

After a certain time, the girl went full Will Smith on the guy even when Ryan wasn't saying anything
Look at these two bonding 😢
The little laugh homelander makes after telling ryan to slap him is so hilarious
Tbh S4 to much problem in the side character, u can see it's like milking, and yeah it's kinda annoying sometimes Ryan always change side to butcher or homelander 😂
The next homelander

There's no shortages of Todds in Vought, huh?
To me it makes sense. Ryan is fine going extremes against ‘bad’ people. Homelander figured out how to make Ryan compell to do things like this. This is exactly what Becca and Butcher feared all along.
Welp! There goes Ryan! 😞
