technically anything can be put into an equation and predicted. we usually save the term "chaos" for things that would require much too long and complicated equation with much too many variables to do practically.
I'm no mathematician, but l bet there's a function that can predict this movement. Certainly looks cool.

Pretty sure you are correct. Though complex, these movements are not random.
It can be predictable if every time equal force is applied.
