Hi. Do most caregivers usually have records already of TB and chest xray and if not, does the caregiver pay for their own testing?
Do you pay the caregivers with a w2 or 1099?
W2 100%. I strongly don’t recommend hiring caregivers as contractors.

@@chon0303 the Pro is caregivers should be employees unless they are employed by a staffing agency or nurse registry.
