He's been a champion at every level basketball, High School, Mr Illinois basketball. Took USA u-18 to a gold medal.
College 2 time national champion with Villanova.
Dragged mavs with no Luka to the WCF, then now has turned the knicks into a team that are 1 game away from the same feat.

Idk about the championship but for some reason they hard to go away , they keep coming back … this is a team that’s supposed to be out of this series long ago , how do they keep coming back tho….they have most of their key players injured, bogdanavich, anunoby , randall and mitchell robinson all of them with asterisks and the knicks keep coming back..maybe that’s the type of resiliency needed to win the chip who knows the heat reached the finals with butler so why can’t brunson do that as well

I for one was mad when the Mavs let him go and wanted him there, but this was the better move for him. NY is his team and he has full control. Almost no one could have predicted this when they signed him. People were saying he is not a max player, etc. What he has is top of the line tenacity, calmness and ability to perform in the playoffs. No one knows if he could get a Championship yet, Boston & Denver are more proven but Brunson is knocking on the door for sure.

People don't realize that Jalen Brunson is the only player left that was on the knick starting unit at the beginning of the season this squad he is playing in the playoffs with are all from the Knick bench unit so this dude is carrying this team to 2nd place plus a NBA eastern conference finals & he's not in the MVP or even 2nd place in the voting is beyond me..😮

The NY Knicks will win at leat two championships with Brunson in the next 5 or 6 years, if they make the right trade next summer.
They should package Randle, Robinson and draft picks to get that 30-45 playoffs points solid and skilled second option.
