Screech WAS the entire show. His goofy character was the main reason I watched. All the others were kinda boring dealing with “real life” situations while Screech was just trying to do whatever it took to fit in. He carried the cast not the other way around. Mario Lopez admitted that the show would not have worked without him. RIP Dustin. Gone way too soon brother.

The girl who played Kelly’s boy friend who was on a n episode that was about drugs said he caught her having sex with Mario Lopez’s and the dude that played zack having a 3some with them. He was there for a full week to record the episode. And also said they was drug a lot of drug use that was going on as well

I’ve been reading a lot about Dustin Diamond because I just finished a complete Saved by the Bell rewatch and I can’t help but feel sorry for him. First of all he was 3 years younger than his core cast mates. Think about that. Think about when you were 15-19 and how easily you were annoyed by 12-16 year olds at that age. Secondly everyone from Mark Paul Gosselaar to Mario Lopez has admitted that MPG and Mario dated Tiffani Thiessen, Liz Berkley and Lark Voorhies at 1 point or another during the show’s existence (MPG & Lark dated for almost 3 years, Tiffani was dating Eddie Garcia who played “Johnny Dakota” in the “No Hope with Dope” episode and she cheated on him with Mario). So every one of your peers is dating these smoking hot girls and having a blast while you’re a dorky loser on camera who was probably an even bigger outcast amongst the group than Screech was. Combine all of that with being unable to find work because you are the dictionary definition of an actor that’s been typecast. Imagine being a kid on the hottest teenage show in the country having a profession anyone would want. Of course he didn’t go to Harvard and get his masters. When you really sit back and think about it it’s actually not that hard to see why hes had the problems he’s had & to a certain extent he’s lucky he didn’t end up like other child actors such as River Phoenix, Jonathan Brandis, Corey Haim or Sage Stallone.

He wasn't just Screech he was also a comedian, wrestler and bassist too. Before his death he travelled around Bars in Florida offering Screech punches etc and didn't mind being known as the guy that played him.
Screech was the star of that show, let's face it. He was very young, very innocent, he was the prey of all the perverse grown-ups that surrounded him. The cast never filed a libel suit. I'm inclined to think that Dustin is not lying about what his claims on the book.

There’s no Saved by the bell with out Dustin Diamond, period. I have seen how Mario Lopez can act behind the scenes. He treated Dennis Haskins like trash in the dressing room on the Jimmy Fallon parody. It’s on camera. I bet my bottom dollar that since they were older than Diamond by a few years, they had a clique behind the scenes and he was probably left out of shunned because he was younger.

I’ve been reading a lot about Dustin Diamond because I just finished a complete Saved by the Bell rewatch and I can’t help but feel sorry for him.
First of all he was 3 years younger than his core cast mates. Think about that. Think about when you were 15-19 and how easily you were annoyed by 12-16 year olds at that age.
Secondly everyone from Mark Paul Gosselaar to Mario Lopez has admitted that MPG and Mario dated Tiffani Thiessen, Liz Berkley and Lark Voorhies at 1 point or another during the show’s existence (MPG & Lark dated for almost 3 years, Tiffani was dating Eddie Garcia who played “Johnny Dakota” in the “No Hope with Dope” episode and she cheated on him with Mario).
So every one of your peers is dating these smoking hot girls and having a blast while you’re a dorky loser on camera who was probably an even bigger outcast amongst the group than Screech was.
Combine all of that with being unable to find work because you are the dictionary definition of an actor that’s been typecast. Imagine being a kid on the hottest teenage show in the country having a profession anyone would want. Of course he didn’t go to Harvard and get his masters.
When you really sit back and think about it it’s actually not that hard to see why hes had the problems he’s had & to a certain extent he’s lucky he didn’t end up like other child actors such as River Phoenix, Jonathan Brandis, Corey Haim or Sage Stallone.
He WANTS you to feel sorry for him. He is VERY MANIPULATIVE. DON’T believe the bullshit.

He wasn't just Screech he was also a comedian, wrestler and bassist too. Before his death he travelled around Bars in Florida offering Screech punches etc and didn't mind being known as the guy that played him.
Screech was the star of that show, let's face it. He was very young, very innocent, he was the prey of all the perverse grown-ups that surrounded him. I only watched the show because of him, he represented teenagers, not the other fellow actors, who seemed shallow and conceited. 😢💔 I'm still sad he passed away. 😢
