@CyclingChiangMai great videos. came over from Oompa's channel after watching your interview with him. I am wondering if you will have any setup tips (specifically bike fit) for a flatlander to challenge Chiangmai besides the easier gears, ie a more forward position to weigh the front end more up long climbs and etc? Pls do share your experiences.

Thanks! 🙏 🤩 I'd say the most important is to work on climbing out of the saddle for prolonged periods of time, this is aerodynamically less efficient (not that it will matter much on the steep climbs) but will allow you to rest different muscle groups while keeping your pace on long climbs. I usually ride uphill maybe 20/30% of the time out of the saddle, even more if it's very steep! 😂 👍
