This wing must be the 2meter version...… I'm looking at the 1.2m but I gotta say it's beautiful and I like the folding-props they've got. With no prop guard on wings I'd want this type prop no matter the wing I owned. I'm so close to buying it... Woooo, aND Had I not known it's size I'd not have realized quite how big she is except the guy throwing her almost lost it coming out of the gate? I saw him wonder for a split second whether or not it'd make it? it did, good looking plane.
Hey Brad/Mark, I more than enjoyed watching this!! The "prop" has great folding blades & I wonder if the prop can be used on other RC Motors? I also wonder how you felt the electronics in this package are & did it require or exclude certain types of transmitters?? I'm trying to enter the hobby but so much requires a manual & programming just to operate it that I'm suffering info overload here....help me, please? thanks guys
diggy dice you can either buy a bnf which will bind to Spektrum transmitter or the pnp which has no receiver I suggest bnf and buy yourself a Dx6 radio
ty RC Garage(Mark/Brad), is the Opttera 1.2m PLUS Package a decent deal? It's like $350 US Dollars & I'm pretty sure it includes FPV..... everything? Or would you advise a lesser version where I pick up the "needed" extras?? I'm concerned that I buy and wind up changing most the parts for better stuff..... Everyone coming into this hobby must deal with it but I'm trying to buy smart? I like the Wing. thank you both.

Hi guys. I have the PNP version of the Opterra due for delivery early next week so wondering if you can answer a couple of questions to help with my setup. My current S800 wing needs a few mm of up-elevator bias for normal straight flight. I hear this is normal for flying wings. Did you need to apply this to the Opterra too? If so, how much? Also could you please give me an idea of your throws for Aileron and Elevator? Ive just ordered the PNP model and I'll be fitting an FrSky receiver and FY-41AP. Thanks
Hi there, so my normal travel is all set to 100% and dual rates on aileron and elevator are 110%, as far as your up elevator i would give it some up in sub trimming and then trim as you need to at the field. Hope you enjoy the Opterra
Thanks Guys. My Opterra arrived this morning and Ive set the throws as per the manual with around 1mm up on the elevator. I'll try to test this afternoon and confirm the final settings.
Hi, guys not getting on with the 636 receiver and hh wont give the settings for it ,also it has to be programmed through the app and not tx.could you please give me your settings you put in for the 610 as,im going with that same as you.thankyou.

what radio did you use? would you recommend a pixhawk autopilot? great video (subscribed to the channel, too)

Ive got a problem,im using a 610 receiver same as you but my left side only works on elevator not aileron movment can you help please.
you have to set it up as a delta wing, and add mixing, have you done that?
