I've always taken time to listen to Mr Biti owing to his ability to captivate his audience about servant leadership related storytelling. It's a pity that the current leadership clique is not suffiently tapping into such talents. Hence, the country is still struggling to address its challenges. We continue to pray for Zim to rediscover its mojo, the region, and the continent will not prosper without this. From RSA

Tendai Biti remains one of the best things Zimbabwe has ever produced , what a sharp and brilliant mind, he can run the Zimbawean economy with his eyes closed , at one point i withdrew 3000 from a cash machine , this guy is a genius !!!!!!!!!!!

When you have such guests, please allow them to speak entirely their minds, please don't interject them, its your show you have years with the show and the guest have a few moments, allow them to speak uninterrupted. There is a lot that Biti was about to say but interrupted the train of thought. For example @24:30, and several portions along the interview.

Biti is a standout man. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽He managed to stay the course despite the fact that the interviewing was very bad! The constant interjections sies man. First, time coming across this podcast and I happy not to come back if this is how the show is run. I only was able to stay because of the wealth that Biti had to a share. Plus tsano vamwe vacho vazonwiwa nemhamba kwakuwanawo confidence to interrupt 😂😂😂😂. No mhani you guys can do better, but until then gents! Some interesting perspectives there. What we should learn and do with the intellectual capital in Zim is to preserve and pass it on. Our Business & Grad schools should expose their students through visiting lecturers from politics, commerce and business. MBA students should never graduate without interacting with business, scholars, policy practitioners etc

You just lost an opportunity to get a first hand contrast of the GNU because you kept bugging in and not letting the guy speak. Your questioning was very poor and lack cohesion and planning. I got so frustrated watching this. Poor interview skills.
