Think, here's some tips for this game:
1. No need to feel like you have to speedrun the treasure roads. Getting the best time on those isn't the important thing, just getting the Rare Stones is before the time runs out. That's it.
2. That glowing item you picked up is a Maxim Tomato. Since you've never played a Kirby game before this, a Maxim Tomato restores all your health when you eat it. You were already at full health when you picked it up, so it didn't do anything for you.
3. Use L+R + the D-pad to dodge left or right, and use L+R to block attacks (both of which will be helpful in the area boss battles).
4. When you face the area boss for Natural Plains, you want to use the Ice copy ability. Not only does it slow bosses down as you slowly freeze the boss over time, but the defense you get is incredible. Pressing L or R to block with Ice gives you an almost completely impenetrable shield. Nothing the bosses do (except for when the Natural Plains boss grabs you) can get through it. There's an achievement in the area boss battle for not taking any damage. Ice is the ability you need to help with this because of its defense.
3 is half right. ZL/R has no real use, just L/R+a direction.

I’m happy your continuing on Kirby and the forgotten land like you did with Bowser’s Fury and Luigi’s Mansion 3 when you complete games like those they make me happy.
As a little hint that Elfilin drops rather subtly, you can guard (L/R) to make fuses run faster on cannons. It's a helpful skill that helps with future Treasure Roads.

Here's a tip: if you have an ability you don't have to drop it to use mouthful mode.

if you want a hint: reject humanity
If you press b while levitating it will make you lose your breath instantly and you will get to the ground faster

You can just hit the bomb block with any ability to explode them
From the thumbnail I thought it was a fridge and Kirby looks so funny
Think I was watchin your video and I have some good news you can evolve your abilities 3 times except for sleep, sword, and hammer sleep can be evolved 2 times, sword can be evolved 4 times, and hammer can be evolved 4 times you can upgrade them by going into the challenge roads and you need blueprints scattered in different levels. I hope this helps you later on in the 6 to 7 worlds.
