Genuinely shocked that Tatiana isn’t even mentioned in this video. Her performance in Orphan Black, and more particularly, the surprise Emmy win she finally snatched after being unrecognized for a few seasons, will forever be my top Emmy moment.
I think you should’ve broken this up into parts Brian. You missed a lot of superb performances. Claire Danes for Homeland, Tatiana Manslany for Orphan Black, Rami Malek for Mr. Robot, Jodie Comer for Killing Eve etc.
You can't really claim performances were "missed." He's ranking the best performances in his opinion. He's not highlighting all of the superb performances from that decade. Also, I'm not sure I agree that any of the performances you listed deserve a spot over those he presented in this video. That is subjective of course. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if he did a follow up video with another list of 10 performances to supplement this list. There are plenty to highlight.

So thrilled to see more tv specific content! There are so many amazing performances on the small screen. This is a great list. Dinklage is a little high for me. I loved Game of Thrones up until the last two seasons, but it always bugged me that he was the only person from the cast to ever win. His performance is great, but there are plenty of other greater performances on that show, particularly from Lena Headey. Question: Are you also taking into consideration the Limited/Anthology categories as well? There are some real standouts there that would be worth any top 10 list and many years I feel the best performances can be found there.
lol, you should do a montage of every time you say "So I've made a lot of videos" or "So I've made two videos" or "So I've made a video about..." once you hear it, you can't unhear it.
Game of Thrones too. Dinklage didn't win for season 4, although that was his best scene in the entire show. He should've won for that rather than for the later seasons where he barely had anything to do.

I’d say the best acting win is a guest actor - Eddie Murphy on SNL. It was a genuine television event just to hear he was coming back to SNL, and then it surpassed all expectations. It’s the funniest that show has been in many, many years, and it was all because of him.
