ive got 2 fenders one has single coil pick ups the other has b3 pick ups the b3 pick ups reduce the reverb on my amp.the single coil has max reverb output & more grit on my fuzz pedal,s so im sticking with single coil pick ups.but this pedal sounds really good many new fuzz pedals sound more like distortion pedals than 60,s fuzz pedals.but dimed this sounds like a 60,s fat fuzz pedal to me.obviously this is digitally compressed on you tube so its hard to judge but good review & quality pedal shin ei have made some great pedals.it saddens me seeing these digital pedals i wont buy any.compressed to death dont do it for me & digital tube amps are a waste of tube tech wtf are these amp makers doing.one day analogue will rise again it never went away but sadly 98% of new vinyl reissues are pointlessly digital & if you compare they remove loads of the original recordings.me i got connected through bootleg labels like AIP records eva records & many other labels.i couldnt afford the original records so i kept the best ones like texas flashbacks on antar records 6 lps of pure bliss. texas produced some of the toughest garage ever made.check out larry & the blue notes in & out or night of the sadist i also really like neal ford & the fanatics but every state in the usa had great bands sadly some sold out to stay radio friendly.but for me bands like the human expression,bohemian vendetta,the red sign post were better than most of the major label signings.some how the head man the colonel never got texas an international record deal like american london records did & the major labels did their best to stop small independent releases being played on the big radio stations.so in england we learnt about these great bands on bootlegs cause radio is dead here great post peace...
I replied to this but apparently it didn't post. This pedal is from 2017! Shin-Ei started making pedals again a few years ago, I believe, though I don't know the specifics. They make a few fuzzes and different versions of the uni-vibe, Though they can't use the Uni-Vibe name because Dunlop bought that trademark a while ago
