- Redcat has offered up a solution - but does it work?
I JUST got in a set of rear upper control arms - courtesy of Redcat Racing - just like they promised.
This new part number: RER15206 - and you can get it directly from Redcat here: www.redcatraci...
This replaces the part number RER12458.
In this video, I install the new part, and then go BASH to see if it really holds up like we would hope to. Follow along!

From me as a ARRMA fan.
You will definitely convince people to buy redcat. Great demonstration 👊🕺
Ha! Thanks.
Kudos to Redcat for addressing the issue so quickly 👍🏼 good video
Agree!
Thanks!
I knew they would get it right. Nice tough test run👍
Glad to see it also.
Plus - should work for the OG Kaiju.
Looks good and strong now
It is!
looking good nice bash
Thanks 👍
Awesome bro glad they made good on this i also broke a driveshaft not even bashing it great video!👊
I have seen a few people break driveshafts. Have you seen my shock mod to help prevent that?
I reference it in this video: th-cam.com/video/W-Y8hq854LU/w-d-xo.html
My theory is the suspension is allowed to travel too far. When it over extends, the driveshaft is the next pinch-point.
@@RoadsideRC yeah i did that shock mod so far so good👊
I like your car that is in garage beautiful color black vinyl top back when I was a young buck I had 1968 Chevelle that color 😎💪 another great update and bash vid
Thanks! Yes - I keep meaning to do a video on my Chevelle...but it is hard to do a video that does it justice.
@@RoadsideRC isn't that the truth
Looks like a fix for sure. Redcat figured it out, just not as fast as you.😁 Cool beta testing at Roadside labs.
Thanks! Doing my best here!
AWESOME video man thanks👍
I like to harden all my steel links on my trucks. and arrma drive shafts Keeps from bending so easy.
Nice! Thanks!
Looks like it’s skatepark time! Let’s go!
You might be right...
2:14 OUCH! That would have broke the old one for sure. Thanks for the update! Looks good 👊 What bodies will fit on the Kaiju EXT? Can you toss a couple on that you have laying around?
Exactly! I agree - a few of those hits would have easily taken out the original spec.
I'll see what I have laying around that will fit the Kaiju. Should be any 1/8 body.
@@RoadsideRC It’s more difficult then just wheelbase. You have to consider width make sure the posts will like up correctly with a spot for pins. Have to consider the wing as well it’s actually a huge help to see you lay a bunch of bodies on there and see what works. Thanks!
I wanna see you get more into FPV ;)
I really was starting there for awhile, but have taken a pause. Need to get it fired back up.
If you cant break it then its going to be good
a big like👍Au👍always a full view*
Yes! Thanks Billy!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I havent got mine yet but i just sent them an email
Hope you get them soon.
