    Lol "dont develop everything at once" --- all military "fffffff-dammit" run 3 miles, lift this heavy thing for hours and come back and do some jumps lol"

    Very informative thank you...
    But if once an athlete gets overtrained nd there is no coach or proper medical help to him ... Is there no chance for him to get back in to sport like he was before ? Does that mean he should give up ?

      Well then I guess you could push more untill you start seeing these type of symptoms and then taking back a bit.
