you all convinced me to try Ai on heroic for the first time and just won a long heroic conquest campaign and Im definitely gonna attempt this challenge as well i do love a good challenge
Correct me if I'm wrong (since I haven't played in a while) but you can fully refund call ins. So you can just stock up on anything you've already researched and readjust later (don't need to keep stars in the bank). I've never done an infantry only challenge with the US. It looks very fun. Germany was... not very fun lol.
Puggo had a video back in day about not using airstrikes too early on points. They are largely unmanned at first until AI call-ins arrive. I see what you where trying to do. But maybe wait until you actually are infantry engaging before the strikes. More bang for the buck that way. BTY. These are really fun videos to watch. :)
Also, in regards to the coop glitch where only 1 unit runs on the squad. You can prevent that from happening if the host moves the full unit (preferably also arrange the squad in a line) BEFORE passing control of it to the other player. You shouldn't have the 1 unit glitch for any units you've prepped in this way. Sometimes, the glitch happens to the host too - nothing can really be done about this. Just move each man individually then regroup them into a squad. So annoying to do though.
How are you able to play Co-Op in Gates of Hell without someone absolutely dying of lag. Like on of my friends cant even load in- He'll just crash. Do you have any tips to help solve this?

The refund is less. So a 3 star becomes a 2 star on refund. German infantry only sounds meh haha

A lot of it is the internet. I mean, SBJ is overseas even, and we're able to play. I feel ya, tho
