Thank you for demonstrating the silicone seal process. I am having something printed to test the fit of a wear item that I work with. I had no idea that you could print a silicone seal.
Keith, good morning from the west coast. That silicone printing opens up lots of options 👍 thanks for sharing. Very good discussion and interesting chart on the Bearing preload. Enjoyed, ATB…….
Hi Keith and Lisa 😊, progress is good mate, and printing those seals is realy cool, pearl going to be better than new , good job you moved the dro screen, or next time we'd see you wearing a bandage, or a hard hat, lol. Thanks for another interesting video, stay safe, best wishe's to you and Lisa, Stuart UK.
Hi Keith, I've followed you for many years, under different names. You've had plenty of changes over the years, trials and tribulations but always positive. The one constant I've noticed you have is the Tennis Player! Has it got a history?
Be aware that regular silicone is not very resistant to some types of oil, it goes soft like jelly with continuous contact. You need fluorinated silicone rubber for these applications.
That was my concern as well, but the engineers of this product designed it for heat and chemicals, we proceed with cation and a lot of optimism. Note: both rubbers are not recommended for exposure to ketones.
@@KeithFenner You can buy two part fluorinated silicone (Fluorosilicone) for casting. If the seals do get nasty in the future you might consider 3D printing molds and casting the seals.
Hola keith como estas amigo que buen trabajo . Va a quedar nuevo el torno ya lo quiero ver en marcha . Bueno yo estoy con trabajo esta semana . Te mando saludos y buen fin de semana amigo 😊
This policy is even worse than no tax on tips. It will have a distortion effect on the economy. Rich will get richer, poor will get poorer. Parents who don't have time to work extra hours, salary workers etc will lose out. Horrible policy which both parties seem to support. It's just pandering for votes. People on both ends of the political spectrum would be negatively affected!
Good to be able to make your own seals . Also , good to see slight end play on the bearings . Cheers 👍

Awesome Keith ❤️❤️ it.
looking at the stickers, sure wish Kilroy would make more videos,Randy Richard had great ones too. Also Knox.
Wishing you the best. Paulie brown in Orlando. My computer broke
Keith, you are far from alone. The late Don Herbert, AKA Mr. Wizard, used mayonnaise jars in beaker service. If it aint broke, don't mess with it.
I never thought that Mr Wizard was poor or needy, but that he was frugal. And there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s also another good lesson.
Good morning Keith. Coming along nicely.
Awesome as Always Big Hello From the UK
Something we need is old school knowledge. If you can put old and new together, then we can do more. I have learned alot.

eating the dogs was comedy gold from trump/vance. never heard something so funny.
I knew there was a good reason I mounted the DRO on my mill on a swing arm. I forgot... 😂
Keith, how about having Lisa, sing the Star Spangled Banner for your intro, they shouldn't flag you for that song?
She has been working on it.
4:58 - How long do we all put up with something like that, putting off fixing it?
15:28 - Watched a YT'er use power feed to part off! Not me.

Did you try heating the hydraulic oil to test the seal material? Just curious.
Good morning all the way from TEXAS!
Morning!
Hi Keith, great sticker collection. Do you know if Steve Summers is ok ?
I don't know

No tax on overtime would save me 20,000+ a year
@scottjones7279
Overtime? Some of us don't get overtime.
@@ducewags i have been getting it for over 20 years
@@scottjones7279 I don't work for a place or person. I am self imployed. I don't get overtime pay. What I do has a set rate per hour, per job.
