amazon also carries drop in handbag organizers that essentially are larger zipper organizers with various compartments for things that you can lift in and out into different handbags instead of having a bunch of different pouches if you switch handbags a lot. They're cheap and made in a different colors and sizes.

Love the color combination of your lipstick and top, and the confetti case for your iPad mini is so cute! My everyday bag is also the Transport tote, I thought about it for a long time before finally getting it about two years ago and I still love and use it the most of all my bags. In the colder months I have the Kensington satchel in black that I will sometimes alternate with the Transport. Totally agree that pouches are the way to go with bucket bags, but my essentials besides the usuals (keys, wallet, phone) are water, tinted lip balm, hand sanitizer, and sunglasses. This was really fun to watch, thank you!

I have both the Madewell Transport Tote and the Whipping Post tote. The Transport is definitely a lot softer and in my opinion a lot more scratch prone. The Whipping Post is made of thicker leather and a little more durable in my opinion. Both are still awesome bags!

Loved every second of this Ashley! I have the J.Crew Downing Tote which is very similar to the Madewell one, it's my favorite bag I own and I own way too many leather bags! I just placed an order last night for the Rifle Paper Co and Le Sport make-up pouches! I got the two you have, and I had already picked up one from Paper Source earlier this summer, but I just needed those two! This afternoon we went into this awesome paper store downtown MKE and they had soo much Rifle Paper Co stuff...I got to see the full line in person it's beautiful! I need to look into those Aromi liquid lipsticks! I am planning on going to my Sephora tomorrow to look at the Bite Beauty berry collection and get the new Opal gloss! Thanks for making the best videos around! Also side note I also have the Pride and Prejudice pouch, mine is Aqua and stores all my crochet tools!

Fun and funny video! Good sharing on having "everything you need" in your "big bucket". I always carry bags that are sizable as well…just so that I don't miss having whatever I "need" with me when I am out and about.
I also have the transport tote but tend to stuff *too many* things into the single inside pocket. I like the idea of incorporating pouches and leather wipes, I'll have to try both of those things! 💕

I absolutely love Madewell bags! I have the Mini Glasgow and it's incredible. I also have another smaller crossbody bag that I purchased on Poshmark but I'm not sure of the model name. The Rifle Paper Co makeup bag is so adorable and now I definitely need it in my life.
Love the "What's in my bag" videos. Nice bag, BTW and I keep things in pouches also, because I usually carry a big bag. Presently I have a large Fossil bag made in the new coated canvas, so it isn't so heavy !

Loving the Madewell Transport tote, I have my eyes on the black with natural/cognac handles. I just purchased a leather tote from Banana Republic since there was a fantastic sale and I do love it and its very similar but I still want the Madewell. After much purse purchasing I've finally figured out I love totes ; )
One thing I noticed with tote using, I really depend on several sized pouches, and what fun that is collecting as well lol.

I have the same madewell transport tote! Really loved your video :) I keep a lot of the same things in my bag. The only other items I have that I can suggest are a small bag for pens - mine always loose their lids and then I stress about getting pen marks on the leather. I also carry a small re-usable bag for when I buy groceries or random things on my way home from work.

Ever since you first talked about the rifle paper co cosmetic bag I've NEEDED one in my life lol. Sadly it's not available in Canada and ones on ebay are insanely expensive. But you're making me want one again!
I too carry stevia in my bag. Coffee shops need to get with the times and start carrying stevia already! My purse must haves are lipstick; my current purse lipsticks are Urban Decay Revolution in Naked and Jilted. I also made up a custom first aid and emergency kit with everything from band aids to fashion tape. My last must have is my epipen and Benedryl. No mini bags for me because I'm allergic to sesame seeds and have to take the pharmacy along with me just in case. Haha!

And I hope your extractions go well with the oral surgeon! I had mine removed when I was a teen -my orthodontist refused to remove my braces until I got them extracted otherwise it would ruin all the work(I was in braces for a few years! lol).

In terms of the Transport Tote...I've been wanting to spring for it but since I'd be using it during my commute to work and school, I've been hesitant because it has no top zipper. Do you find the openness of the bag to be an issue?

Loved this video!! For me it's still a very small cross body leather bag with my stuff and and a diaper bag 😉😜😝. I always HAVE TO have an Honest Co. hand sanitizer or my DIY hand sanitizer spray, wipes (both facial for me and cleaning ones for dirty surfaces), and I always carry some sort of hydrating facial mist. Right now I have the Caudalie grape water, but I've used the Evian water and Lotus Wei's Radiant Energy mist in the past.
Oh! Do I spot the volcano cancel in the back there? LOVE that candle. This is such a beautiful bag! It seems perfect. I would do the same thing that you have done and I'd use lots of cute little bags to separate my things.
And OMG! I'M SO OBSESSED WITH Rifle Paper Co too! We have the same notebooks and phone case! You HAVE to check out their new 2016 planners! I just got mine in the mail- it's the birch floral 2016 planner and I LOVE IT!

Shannon Sullivan mentioned putting frankincense in her moisturizer a few weeks ago, so I decided to try it out too, and I've seen lightening of old scars and sun spots that I thought were just there to stay after trying lots of other products and seeing no results. Love the bag. But not having a zipper would bug me, especially since I travel to different schools for work. I would be afraid to loose something and I have lost minor things a few times. I use my Kate Spade tote and love it.

This is probably more stationary related, but I love my Cutter Bee Scissors (especially the ones with nonstick blades!). They're small and precise and I use them for everything! They live in my bag. My students laugh at me when I refer to "My Favorite Scissors." Totally seems like something you'd appreciate, makeupTIA
