    I love how the colors are so vibrant. Even the ones that were stamped off were surprisingly vivid. You really captured Fall in two cards.

    Breathtakingly beautiful, Mindy. These cards are just sensational. The pop of color from the gold glitter paper for the sentiment is just the right accent to set off the details from the stamped leaves. You did an incredible job on these. Be well -

    This is such a fun technique! After seeing your cards I am determined to try this. Your "thankful" card is absolutely magnificent! The leaves look like they are actually falling from unseeen trees and the colors are beautiful!

    Hi Mindy. These cards are so so awesome! Thank you for sharing! Did you gold heat emboss the "friend and thankful" or are they die cut with the gold paper? I didn't quite understand, thanks.

    • @MindyEggenDesign
      @MindyEggenDesign  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Lynn! I die cut them from gold glitter cardstock :-)

    I found the trick and getting a better impression is to do the lift two or three times for each image. You clean off your stamp and do a second lift and sometimes a third.

    Love this stamp set and your card are Great. I thought that staz on cleaner was Not good for clear stamps I have not tried this lift off yet but wondering if Hand Sanitizer would clean the stamps.

    • @MindyEggenDesign
      @MindyEggenDesign  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think I've heard that too about Staz on but i thought it was if it was long continue use over a long time. Sorry not real sure as I never really use it but certainly something I'll look into. Hand sanitizer is a good idea. I might experiment with that. Thanks !

    lovely cards Mindy - can you tell me why you put the alcohol blending solution /iosproyl alcoho; before the inks - most videos are the other way ! Very intrigued xx

    • @MindyEggenDesign
      @MindyEggenDesign  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do it this way so my ink moves as soon as it hits the paper and then I can just start swirling it around :-)

    I think the problem with the stamped off leaves might be resolved by applying even, firm pressure with a brayer perhaps? Just a thought.

    I love this card but why didn't you just use a few brown inks when you wanted a brown background?

    • @MindyEggenDesign
      @MindyEggenDesign  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not that wanted a brown background - it's more of I was ok with the inks mixing and having a brown tone in the background. I hope that makes sense :-)

  • @Amywazwaz06
    @Amywazwaz06 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Staz on ink damages clear stamps. So don’t use it on them. Or if you must. Be very quick and little as possible. For rubber stamps it is ok.

    This technique seems to vary from person to person, there are so many variables that seem to affect the outcome.

    I tried to watch a few of your videos, but your volume is to low for me. The projects look cute though.

    • @MindyEggenDesign
      @MindyEggenDesign  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! If you go up by the play/pause button of the video there is a speaker icon that you can adjust the volume of the video with or on your computer. I try not to record in too loud of a volume because my voice can get loud on its own sometimes and I don't want to scare anyone lol

    • @1tinac
      @1tinac 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MindyEggenDesign thank you for sharing I have the volume up as high as it goes. I just can not get enough volume from your videos. But that was funny about scaring others. Happy creating.
