      1st time !!? Really !? How exciting !! CONGRATS !! I suggest you to not to expect too much ,then you'll be enjoying it a lot !! Lol. It's really fun !! I suggest you to bring some snacks as airplane meals can be unhealthy ( very high calories & tons of preservatives in ! )& they're much smaller nowadays which I prefer ! As well as they can make mistakes if you request special meals like I do !( vegetarian/ vegan ) ,then you'll be starved ! Oh ! Definitely bring ear plugs / nose spray to prevent ear aches !! Especially descending/ landing !! It can really really hurt !! Wear 'em tightly & if that still makes you hurt ,massage the back of your ears & try close 'em tightly ( not much gap between the ear plugs & the holes of your ears !! ) ,this works !! Also suck on sour candies,peppermint candies ( so you'll swallow more salaiva naturally ),these work so much better than chewing gums ,drinking hot tea,or blowing your nose ,trust me !! Lol. You should use a decongestant nasal spray 30 minutes before flying !! Pack your essentials like make ups,toothpastes,skin care products, all liquid stuff ( remember 3 1 1 rule !! )& underwear ,valuables in your hand luggage so that you can keep 'em near to reach whenever you need ! Also ,preventing them from get stolen !! Checked in luggage can get damaged,lost ,or stolen ,not frequently ,but happens !! Also,beware of hold luggage at hotels ,mine got stolen !! Enjoy ! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

    Great video! Flying on this exact seat this weekend, noticed that it seems to be in its own little private section of the plane. Hopefully the 11 hour journey will have some newer IFE’s.

    Great informative video. After researching the seat configurations for extra comfort on my upcoming July trip I booked row 4F this time. I flew two years in economy and swore never again! If you can nab any of these 11 seats right behind first class do it!! You will not regret it. Well worth the extra cash for such a long flight.

      I'm so happy I found this video and saw your comment. I totally missed the seats directly behind first class! I was wondering why the extra comfort had a wall behind the seats in this video! I always pay a little extra for the two window seats which is still zone 4 but wanted to try out the extra comfort seats this time. First class is just too much money for me lol I was going to wait for a lucky price drop, trip is 5 months away but now I'm thinking of booking right now as all 4 window seats are currently available. what to do??

    We just used that terminal for Aer Lingus. We leave in September using that terminal for Hawaiian Airlines. It's like a mile walk from the curb to the gates. We had someone who was handicapped and boy it took us a long time to get to our gate.

    The bulk head seating is great if you have a small child as we had & after they reach cruz altitude we layer a blanket down and let her play. downside is because the IFE’s in the arm rest you can’t raise it & get more seating space…just my 2 cents

    Thanks for the video I will be flying Hawaiian Airlines this December from SFO to Honolulu for the first time and was debating whether to pick that little private cabin area as I was watching other videos I came upon one from JFK to Honolulu and the family was seating on the four seat section and filmed the constant traffic of people waiting for the restroom some were even laughing conversating with others. Did you find experience that?

    • @spark_6710
      @spark_6710 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow ! That's coming so soon !! I am planning mine for next January for my mom's birthday ! I think the more secluded area seats are better for your comfort !! Middle sections are usually not comfortable to begin with !! Lol. My case is that I prefer those mid sections( on the isle sides ,especially the very front with the wall )lately if not isle seats are available as I find myself going to bathrooms too often !! Also they're a bit safer than window seats in case of an accident or a crash ,but that's VERY rare ( plane crash )!! I believe ! I just think of that always !! Lol. Sorry. My favourite seats are middle seats now ! Lol. Everyone hates them,though !! Lol Near exits are great as more leg rooms naturally ! But,you have to be strong like a man ( in case of an emergency you'll be the one to open the emergency exit door !! Lol I had turned it down / switched before ! Now ,I am strong enough ,though !! Lol ) Flying in an extra comfort economy class is always a better choice than an economy class for a long haul !! I am so jealous that you're going to Hawaii so soon !! I've been there several times my life !! Enjoy !!! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️🏝💞

    Since there is no seat infront of you, where do you store your carry on stuff.

    • @skylife_737
      @skylife_737  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question! If you are seated in a bulkhead seat, like this seat I sat in, you are REQUIRED to put your carry on items in the overhead bin. This cabin is very small, so I wouldn’t be worried about the overhead bins filling up when you board. I do keep a couple things with me during taxi, takeoff, and landing, such as my headphones or my iPad, which I just put in the seat back pocket or hold them in my hands. It can be a while until the seat belt sign turns off to get your belongings from the overhead during climb and cruise, depending on turbulence.
