I still have the original crow sountrack cd in my car. I listen to it frim time to time and remember our great Brandon Lee. Rest well Brandon, we sure miss you.
Grandmastergav86 in a way you're right my friend He Is We Came as a one of them he's one of the nicest guy you could ever come across I never met him but I'm still like sad that he's gone I remember when I got out of high school and I went home I remember hearing this news about his death I'm a 7 o'clock news I didn't want to believe it I'm just just deeply shocked and numb I feel like I lost a family member and I will just hoping I would just praying that he will pull through that I don't I try not to be negative you know especially all need to say a prayer for him and his family and I pray to God that someday the truth will come out I really happen whoever did that to him it's nothing more than a yellow-bellied coward and one day their time will come soon either either they're going to get taken down by law enforcement or by the street and if the triage did this they should hang for it for killing Brandon Lee and his father they took away the two of the greatest guys on his face of this planet and their time will come and no Mount of money can't justify what they done and that's my first little thing about the Triads the nothing more than yellow-bellied cowards
definitely. Brandon seemed a kind, gentle gentleman who is sorely missed. The strength of mind Shannon, Linda and the test of the family have shown is remarkable
Rest in Power Brandon. I started my JKD journey 5 years after your passing and would have met you otherwise. I have been training & researching JKD for almost 25 years. It took me about 15 to finally understand what Brandon says in this video around 1:29. That I practice my own interpretation of Jeet Kune Do. I stopped trying to be a carbon-copy of SiJo Bruce Lee and began seriously re-evaluating what techniques and methods within the Jun Fan Gung Fu & Chinatown curriculums that best suited my abilities and fighting style.
Lee's notes, in the Tao of jkd, contains moves from judo and jiu-jitsu, wrestling, muay thai, boxing, karate, etc. all are main styles of modern MMA. And Many of the best MMA fighters today use Bruce's concepts and techniques. In an interview on TH-cam, former UFC champ GSP, talked about using several concepts and tech from Lee. Anderson Silva has repeatedly mentioned using Lee's stuff. In one clip Silva said "I try to fight like Bruce Lee, watch, you see I am using his techniques." At a boxing press conference his opponent, Tito Ortiz, made fun of Silva for this fact and Anderson responded with "Wing Chun and the Bruce Lee stuff saved my life inside the cage." Briefly, other fighters who use things from jkd include: Jon Jones, Israel Adesanya and Conor McGregor (on his show, Chael Sonnen even mentioned Conor uses some jkd). Lastly here's an on video quote, from an MMA legend, Rickson Gracie "Everything Bruce Lee spoke was the true essence of martial arts and his philosophy about fighting was 100% correct."
I never thought I say this about someone outside my family but I loved him like my own brother. Will always honor Bruce Lee and Brandon Lee and too Shannon & Linda Lee you will never be alone. We are your family!
I want to say that there's JKD the "style" and the "philosophy". If it's the style, it's a person learning the movements Bruce came up with. If it's the philosphy then it's a person doing whatever style or styles work best for them, regardless of the styles Bruce learned from or not.
Bianca van der Velden van de Loo Jansen and nothing he was really on top of it he never slacks you know he was you know everything he was on top everything he and one thing I like about him he takes good care of himself as a person nowadays these celebrities don't even take good care of their bodies you know he he never he never liked he's always in Tip-Top shape when a good movie where I wonder why he pass up all those movie roles we're stuck with dudes like Steve so go hope y'all, and damn I'm not trying to say there battery anything but it was still a tragedy that he's gone and we're never going to see his likeness again and he's one of my big motivators he's one of my role models
Imagine. Bruce alive and Brandon, he would have made Brandon probably faster or more stronger version of himself just modernly not better just as equal and he would have had alot of involvements in martial arts today along side his father training many that are worthy
There you go. Light weights. Some people think they need to look like Boyca, but in order to be fast, you definitely need to limit the amount you are lifting. A good guidance is: squat 2/3 of your own bodyweight, and bench your own bodyweight (Bruce prefered weighted push-ups though over bench press, for the additional effect on core strengh).

Just like his father, Brandon was a very intelligent and well cultured individual for his age.
There you go. Light weights. Some people think they need to look like Boyca, but in order to be fast, you definitely need to limit the amount you are lifting.

It's a mental point Brandon.

i agree with everything u say 100 precent
He said that he didn’t even like martial arts. He just needed it to get into movies. He had no skill level.
That is.... Not true at all. Literally look at the credits for Rapid Fire. You'll see that he choreographed the fight scenes along with another guy.
Why make shit up?
