That car was so cool that as a teen I loved it. And it was so cool that it even made a product placement on the so, wholesome TV show. "Married with Children"
I know I shouldn’t, but I actually like this car.
Allante is one of the reasons I own a convertible today.

What is going on with those headlights? This is the first time I've seen an Allante with what appear to be sealed beam headlights. They look similar to the treatment that the Chevrolet Beretta got when it was exported to Europe. The composite headlights were replaced with smaller sealed beam headlights, and are referred to as "export headlights".
What gives Jalops? Are these Export headlights for the Allante?
It’s a euro model. I think this is a copyright or photo use issue, using photos from Europe is common in US publications.
I thought those were just a fancy Chevy Celebrity
Kind of like how the Chrysler TC by Maserati is a fancy LeBaron
This was too short. It's not really a worth while watch if you keep the videos to only a minute. Remember that you are dealing with car nerds - we are here because we love nerding out about cars. You can't nerd out about the Allanté in one minute. Or at least not in a meaningful way. :)
