    You are doing great! I did Weight Watchers for years and did well with it. I am now doing intermittent fasting and it is WONDERFUL! No counting calories, points, anything. You just don't eat between certain times. It's not easy at the beginning (my night time eating was out of control). But now, after a few weeks, my body is used to it. Losing weight without counting anything AND eating whatever I want has been a game changer! I am still eating healthy but don't need to stress about points and calories. My friends and brother did it and have lost many pounds and have kept it off. I weigh myself daily but that's just me and I like seeing the pounds coming off.

      I am so proud of you for doing intermittent fasting and being so successful on it. That is the program. I eventually want to get on. You can live your life. Thank you so much for telling me about this. It gives me inspiration.💕

    I’m no longer on WW but still kind of have that mindset. I am mindful and tracking in Lose It. I really like the feedback I’m getting in that app. You are doing so well on WW. WW is wonderful with the in-person meetings. I don’t get much from the virtual meetings. I love your videos. Thank you for taking the time to share.

    Well done to you great result Hubby and I back from visit to our sons hubby decided on the way back we would have lunch out however my mindset did not make a great choice but did chose a small portion of fish n chips 20 points had 3 for breakfast so will have omelette then fruit & yogurt for “ diner” but will have my Cadbury delight choc bar for my 9 pm treat ,yes I found the weekly topic on my app as I go to a Saturday morning class and the new topic comes out for us on a Sunday so like to look it up first thing on a Sunday morning I also set my workout clothes beside my bed to get them on first thing then it motivates me to move HERES to a good week for you all , yes busy life for you all the best HUGS X ❤️ take care everyone ❤️

    You did great! Glad you are able to go to meetings. I’m online only right now but enjoying it again. Seems after I take breaks from WW I’m always motivated when I return. I need to stay and get to my goal again.

      I totally agree with you sometimes you just need a break from Weight Watchers but when you come back, you are happy.

    Congratulations, you're doing great. I'm doing OK. We went to our sons in Detroit over the weekend. Took in an art fair and a tigers game can I just say my eating was a little off. We are under consruction in our house due to a flood in our kitchen in April. They are now getting things put back but cooking is once again a problem so that means eating out and you know how that goes. It's all part of life. We deal and we move on. Have a good week and I look forward to your next video.

    Congratulations on your loss! I am doing better at staying on track than last week . Weigh in for me is tomorrow . 🤞 hoping for a loss . My husband is my best encourager we walk our 2 dogs every day and started walking 2 x a day on his days off. We are both retired but he works a part time job . Have a good rest of your week❤😊 also the techniques are on the app under discover content . I didn’t know if you knew that

    🎉Congratulations on your loss and making it there! Great job! 🎉I lost .8 this week on my Sunday am weigh in! I’m definitely moving at a snails pace 🐌 but it’s better than gaining at a racehorse pace🐎 lol which sadly I do way too much! I’m thankful it’s down 3 weeks in a row even if they are tiny losses 2 of the 3 weeks. maybe I’ll do at least as well as a turtle 🐢 this next week wit loss lol I enjoyed the visit today!
