I loved the debate between Jordana and Jared about the whether the woman writing in even liked the guy. I think that women are socialized to value connection, and it’s not wrong to say “I have a great time with this person and I want to create more security and see where it goes.” Love or connection doesn’t just slap you in the face, it’s something you intentionally create with someone, to some extent. And you don’t need to change being annoyed by someone into to a personality trait or judgment about them, you can just say “I feel unsatisfied by our dynamic” or “I feel annoyed.” Therapist here but please don’t turn how you feel in response to someone else’s behavior into a character trait about them. This is something people come to therapy to unlearn.

I eat that small of plates too sometimes.. as I grew older, feeling extremely full makes me sleepy and groggy. So I like to small meals throughout the day. Nothing too surprising with that IMO
