KTM 890 smt, Track stands, paddock stands. how to...

I for one was very nervous the first few times I tried to put a motor bike up onto track stands in my shed at home. But don't worry, It is super easy. If I can do it, then so can you.
There are a number of reasons to buy track sands. The obvious one to me is for cleaning, as well as maintenance. But especially if you plan on doing some track days (where you plan on using tire warmers) the bike will need to be off the ground for that.
Checking the oil for example, is much much easier when the bike is up on stands, as you know you have the correct level through the sight glass ( if you have one)
