I have always liked the front living room set up. If someone wants to stay up late and watch tv it's not going to disturb anyone because the bedroom is way in the back!! Love the full size bathroom and half bath, too!!
Just had a crazy thought what if they had a flip up or down table top in the bedroom above the seat that is below the tv and you could use it as a desk area. And then flip it out of the way when not in use I think that would be a nice feature. I clearly watch to many Rv videos lol
I LOVE this 2021 Jayco North Point 382FLRB!!! This is almost perfect for what we need! What I would REALLY like to see in a floor plan is for Jayco to offer their toy hauler but use the toy hauler space differently... a front living room, middle kitchen with half bath with stackable washer/dryer in it, then move back to toy hauler area that is not for toy hauling but has a master bath then a king bed slide out on one side and a wardrobe slideout on the other side, with the back opening up with sliding glass doors onto the outdoor hanging patio. Maybe a place for a small desk... that layout would be AWESOME!!!!

We just took one across to BC & woW. It hauled very well. As you know in the spring time Western Prairies have aTHAW FROST underground & the roads will reflect this seasonal effect. Causing SURPRISING DIPS & HEAVES in parts of the road. Hence why they don’t use cement! Anyways this unit was really good with the wind & took the heaves well. Of course we drove slower for 300 miles...45 to 55 miles an hour. IT was a brutal run... Took an extra couple of hours. After travelling almost 2500 miles she arrived almost perfect. 1 door inside came off by the stove & the bump outs didn’t want to open. It took the roads well. The bump outs will most likely need wire tweaking fuses or what ever. It’s usually a simple fix. But the design is beautiful.. the arrow dynamics & hitch system brakes super nice. This is a fabulous 5th wheel. I love the front living you don't have to turn around to see who is coming in. The kitchen is beautiful and symmetrical. And the bedroom and bathroom are unbelievable. And love outdoor kitchen.

@amtrueblue33 no problem. We picked this unit up two months ago. Great unit but again pricey when u start adding items like washer/dryer combo. Better batteries
I am happy to see Jayco finally take my advice. I mentioned to them more than a decade ago when i first saw the front living room model that they needed to reverse the entertainment and nose seating. And no, they never paid me for my idea.
We own a 2020 Jayco Eagle that we love. Now this North Point, wow, wow! Using the BlackStone, wow, wow again. We have a 22 inch unit and love it. All RVers need a BlackStone. Great video again.
We have been searching for our perfect 5th wheel for over a year and this is it! I plan on living in our RV for many years and this hits every mark for our long term living. Currently residing in a "75" Fleetwood and the extra space is vital for me and my GS! So excited to see this
Josh, I'm in love with this jayco North point. What I'm thrilled about is Jayco really listens to the customers. Beautifully played out top to bottom, with the gorgeous colors, the farm house style. They out did themselves in every way. Wow!!! Thanks for sharing..😀
I would need night stands for CPAP, phone, etc. Bathroom color is nice. Don't need two sinks. Love the shower. Would have to have washer dryer. Open the half bath into hallway. Over all nice RV.
Thank you Jayco for actually drawers match the width of drawer fronts! Full extensions. For full timer only thing missing is a tub and drawer dishwasher. Beautiful rig.
If I got this one, I would take out one of the sofas and put a desk/office area in. Our family is just myself, my husband and daughter, so we don't need all that seating. But I love the layout otherwise.
That little stand would be my purse stand!! I absolutely love love this coach. I love the layout !! I love the color scheme too!! I think that bird poop means your going to sell a lot of these!
Walked this FLRB yesterday.. oh my lanta! I think my only complaints are the over-all length and weight of the unit itself.. it's definitely well into dually-diesel country with the numbers, and mainly just for comfortable driving. But without a doubt it's one of the best lay outs I've seen in a fiver in a long time!
This is gorgeous!!!! Love the rear bedroom bathroom with the additional hanging storage. The dual lavitories and center drawers for makeup, blow dryer etc...was the bombdiggity. I liked the above/below cabinet lighting in the kitchen. I just wish all 5th wheels came with the 4 burner stove and larger oven, especially in something this large. The dual TV's in the living room and kitchen was a great idea and when mama's happy everybody else is happy🤨. Wow, thanks for pointing out the difference between a jacket and a coat. Those of us that live in So Cal do on occasion wear coats with our shorts and flip flops.🏖🌞🏄♀️🤣
Really like, but I definitely would need to change some colors in it. I'm glad companies are finally listening to us & getting away from creams, tans & browns.😝 We prefer blacks, whites & grays, & this has a lot of that, but there are some brown's mixed in, like the floor, needs to be gray, not brown, & kitchen countertop needs to be a different color, & that black & white checkerboard backsplash. 😜 Love the bathroom set up & color, except the checkerboard backsplash. You should be commended for showing what these units look like with slides closed. Another plus is showing the interior before exterior. Those that want to see the exterior will watch till the end..
As someone born and raised in southern California, the difference between a coat and a jacket for us is formality. If you're running down to the corner for some milk, you toss on a jacket. If you're going to a job interview on a cold day, you put on a nice coat.
It's nice, but at an MSRP of ~ $108k, it had better be. Add in the outrageously high costs of a pickups right now (2021), and the combo could run you $200k rolling down the road.
Ok, I am in love with this unit. I would prefer to have full bedside tables, more wardrobe space, & a larger dinette. However I do believe the master bathroom space, that half bath, & the forward living space would make me very very happy.
Josh I love the front living room. I really like the turned around chairs. We own a 2016 pinnacle with a front living room and love it. Really wish we had a bath and a 1/2 when the daughter and grand daughter come to stay.
I walked it the other day and love almost everything about it. As most with the rear bedroom the storage is just the best. But as for this unit. The one I walked seemed to be equipped the same as yours. Has that great points package good fit and finish comfortable furniture and all the options and community features that you want like that.
Finally a rear bath fifth wheel! Home run! North Point is bangin on all cylinders! Who’s gonna be the lucky owner of this beauty? She won’t be available long. 😳
Great Frameless Windows which, to me, make it look overall smoother. Good brand of tires too. I liked the double sided T.V. Super cool Floating Dining Table. One of my favorite floorplans for sure. Where the Master Bathroom is After the bed, instead of Before. Wonderful looking Master Bathroom. Really glad to see the Back Ladder is lower to the ground, compared to being a mile high. Good job. Thanks.
Uncle Josh, that there 382FLRB sure is perty! 😋 For that, I'd update from my RAM 1500! That master bathroom really does set it aside from others. Puts it in a class against much more expensive RV's... especially considering all that it offers. The entertainment section is sweet, too! Now you've go me thinking!
@@JoshtheRVNerd Yeah! My wife is only 5' tall and I'm 6'6", but her Kung Fu is very powerful. I'm still learning all over again how to sit in a chair... from the last time I had a unique thought. 😅
That1/2 bath by the kitchen perfect and very handy for the cook plus I too like the fact that no one needs to go thru my bedroom to use the one bathroom. The clever design of the dining table is perfect don't know why others don't use same innovative designs. I like this one very much two things the 4 burner stove and large oven and wide counter space on each side so nice and is needed and that master bath is fantastic.
Love love this one I have a flsa I like this one better The half bath and the master bedroom is forage . Josh I love how you show a camper by putting in the slides and our options when closed up thank you stay safe
My fingers type stuff like that all the time. My ability to proof read SKYROCKETS just after I hit the "Send" button most of the time lol They offer a kitchen pantry rather than the ½ bath now by the way!!
Love this new layout and that back bathroom is superior...gorgeous Northpoint! What’s not to like?! The rearranged living room is such a good idea, Jayco. The travel access is very sensible. 👍🏻👍🏻 all around. It’s my cup of tea, Josh. 🦋
Very nice trailer home, i really like the bedroom and large bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful as well. I also like the fact that 6 people can camp and move about freely in the this trailer and not feel claustrophobic because it’s so spacious.
You had me the moment I saw the pull out with the Blackstone on it! That is Unique. We are several years out from a two person trailer, 9 years and counting, but this really is s nice retirement trailer. Now to go design one of those pull outs for my 3660!
Yeah I don't know when it happened but the past few years Jayco just stopped being that Safe-but-boring builder and decided to start whipping out all this crazy stuff. It really started with Eagle breaking some molds and spread from there I think
Thank you for a great review of this beautiful rig. Love the livingroom and the master bath (which is amazing) but I miss having a place for a coffee bar. I would love 3 small changes. 1. Lose half of the right pantry cabinets so my counter was longer for a coffee bar. 2. Off set the 1/2 bath toilet for more leg room 3. Lose the seat in the bedroom for drawers instead. I can sit on the bed to put my pants/shoes on. Other than that almost perfect.
Definitely a game changer, this is by far a favorite layout of mine! Everything about this fifth wheel seems to make sense and the decor is great as well. Great presentation bud!!
I LOVE this one! A bath and a half is a need on my list, two exits, a bunk room or inner of those middle rooms for an office or grandkids, induction cooktop, large fridge and outdoor cooking are also on my needs. But i want all this in the shortest 5th wheel possible. Lol...i know, it's asking too much.
Induction is something RV builders almost never do inside outside of motorhomes Beyond that a lot of what you're seeking is fairly easily accomplished, but to get all those things it's going to be large. No question about it. You'll start seeing stuff like these: * Arctic 3770: th-cam.com/video/c5cX9F2YQFk/w-d-xo.html * Cougar 368: th-cam.com/video/oHld2_14Iys/w-d-xo.html
Gorgeous. If I wanted to be nit picky the back splash ought to go higher and I would like to have a dishwasher. Would prefer the bottom freezer refrigerator.
My thing is to get something like this is like getting a house they are so strict I am in love with this rig I hope when my credit situation improves we may look into it .. Great video
This is beautiful! Love the double sinks! The pull outs that meet! You could sleep 10 littles on there! And the tv that hides out when not in use! Maybe some day!
I think that laundry appliances in a RV is more about convenience as not every campground has a good laundromat on site and sometimes it's a bit of a drive to a town with one.
This is a very nice coach. The shower is a perfect 2 person spaced shower! Love it. Everything is great about this except no office. Now, this thing is already huge abbr without what I need. I may need more than my Ram Cummins dually for my perfect coach.
I think this Fifth Wheel is set up pretty well. I don't remember what model my parents had but back in 1980 they went out and purchased a Jayco Fifth Wheel that I think was a Year old. It was 32.5 in length and No Slide Outs. I don't remember Anyone having them. My parents Fifth Wheel was a Double bed up above the pinbox, one on each side. When you come into the trailer you were in the living room area. Turn left walk thru the Kitchen area and out back there was the Bathroom with a bath tub , Toilet and sink with some cabinets. It was a nice Fifth Wheel in it's time. These New Jayco Fifth wheel trailers are Beautiful ! Good video , lots of helpful information. Keep up the good work ! 👍

You should be commended for showing what these units look like with slides closed. Another plus is showing the interior before exterior. Those that want to see the exterior will watch till the end..
All based on viewer feedback. Please let us know what you like and how we can improve so we know where to focus our time :)
That master shower is soo much larger than mine in my 80' long trailer
As someone born and raised in southern California, the difference between a coat and a jacket for us is formality. If you're running down to the corner for some milk, you toss on a jacket. If you're going to a job interview on a cold day, you put on a nice coat.
I love regional stuff like this! TY for sharing :)
It's nice, but at an MSRP of ~ $108k, it had better be. Add in the outrageously high costs of a pickups right now (2021), and the combo could run you $200k rolling down the road.
I love this trailer! The lay out, the colors and the shower! The kitchen is great for someone that loves to cook and bake!
Thanks so much! 😊
That is one big beautiful beast. 17K pounds and 44 feet looks like home.
It basically is
Ok, I am in love with this unit. I would prefer to have full bedside tables, more wardrobe space, & a larger dinette. However I do believe the master bathroom space, that half bath, & the forward living space would make me very very happy.
Josh-your RV walk-throughs are always a treat! Love this coach.
Awesome, thank you!
Josh I love the front living room. I really like the turned around chairs. We own a 2016 pinnacle with a front living room and love it. Really wish we had a bath and a 1/2 when the daughter and grand daughter come to stay.
As soon as I win the lottery, IT'S MINE!!!! 👍🤗
This fifth wheel is awesome, the front living room has been my husbands favorite for a long time.
I’ve seen kitchen on the upper deck, never seen a living room. Weird but I like it.
weird. living rooms on the upper deck are pretty common. Usually they're laid out differently, though
I walked it the other day and love almost everything about it. As most with the rear bedroom the storage is just the best. But as for this unit. The one I walked seemed to be equipped the same as yours. Has that great points package good fit and finish comfortable furniture and all the options and community features that you want like that.
Thanks for sharing!
You had me laughing through this one! Tootsie toaster!
That's a impressive outdoor kitchen! Metal won't warp & the extra bit past the black stone is nice - cocktail station.
This thing is just a party inside and out
Finally a rear bath fifth wheel! Home run! North Point is bangin on all cylinders! Who’s gonna be the lucky owner of this beauty? She won’t be available long. 😳
You know how some people have a 2nd kid to keep the first one occupied?
Maybe your North Point doesn't need to be lonely anymore...
@@JoshtheRVNerd maybe... just need my half million shares of penny stocks to trade at $1 or more. 🤷♂️😂
Good job. Thanks.
This is definitely my dream ❤️❤️
Uncle Josh, that there 382FLRB sure is perty! 😋
For that, I'd update from my RAM 1500! That master bathroom really does set it aside from others. Puts it in a class against much more expensive RV's... especially considering all that it offers.
The entertainment section is sweet, too!
Now you've go me thinking!
Careful with that thinkin' stuff. Gets me in trouble at home!
@@JoshtheRVNerd
Yeah! My wife is only 5' tall and I'm 6'6", but her Kung Fu is very powerful. I'm still learning all over again how to sit in a chair... from the last time I had a unique thought. 😅
(useless knowledge alert!!!)
A jacket only goes down to your waist, while a coat should be down beyond your waist (thigh or knees).
That's awesome! I love stuff like this :)
Music too my ears. Someone who knows the difference. :)
Its a swingers RV with that fold out romping area lol
Love love this one I have a flsa I like this one better The half bath and the master bedroom is forage . Josh I love how you show a camper by putting in the slides and our options when closed up thank you stay safe
Gorgeous not forage lol
My fingers type stuff like that all the time. My ability to proof read SKYROCKETS just after I hit the "Send" button most of the time lol
They offer a kitchen pantry rather than the ½ bath now by the way!!
Love this new layout and that back bathroom is superior...gorgeous Northpoint! What’s not to like?! The rearranged living room is such a good idea, Jayco. The travel access is very sensible. 👍🏻👍🏻 all around. It’s my cup of tea, Josh. 🦋
Right?!
Thanks for watching!
Definitely a game changer, this is by far a favorite layout of mine! Everything about this fifth wheel seems to make sense and the decor is great as well. Great presentation bud!!
TY man :)
This is really nice! Love that they are doing dif things for dif tastes. Tyfs!
I like the window in the front of the 5th wheel idea.
Check out the grand design 380FL :) it’s my fav out there right now. This one is close to being tired for first :)
This is the best RV I have seen Love it You make it fun and informative
Well Thank you! We have some updated 2022 footage of it here bit.ly/3qwF8Ew including what I feel is a nicely improved exterior
Induction is something RV builders almost never do inside outside of motorhomes
Beyond that a lot of what you're seeking is fairly easily accomplished, but to get all those things it's going to be large. No question about it. You'll start seeing stuff like these:
* Arctic 3770: th-cam.com/video/c5cX9F2YQFk/w-d-xo.html
* Cougar 368: th-cam.com/video/oHld2_14Iys/w-d-xo.html
Gorgeous. If I wanted to be nit picky the back splash ought to go higher and I would like to have a dishwasher. Would prefer the bottom freezer refrigerator.
The bottom freezer (residential fridge) is available on these as well :)
😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲 this is A-MA-ZA-ZING!!!!! This is our DREAM rig!! With a one ton dually... PERFECT!!
This is EXACTLY the kind of response we hope to see! TY so much :)
I don't recognize your name -- are you new with us? Welcome aboard if so!
This is the first front living room I have seen that I really like! It is different and well done with the half bath.
It almost doesn't "feel" like a front living, does it?
@@JoshtheRVNerd No it does not, much better than when they use the TV area for a couple of seats.
My thing is to get something like this is like getting a house they are so strict I am in love with this rig I hope when my credit situation improves we may look into it .. Great video
This 5th wheel trailer is my favorite
This is beautiful! Love the double sinks! The pull outs that meet! You could sleep 10 littles on there! And the tv that hides out when not in use! Maybe some day!
Thx for watching Chris!!
Here’s an update on this model m.th-cam.com/video/zHX-tgTDpAU/w-d-xo.html
Thank you for showing the layout with the slides in!! No one does this!
Thank YOU for watching. MOST of what I do is shaped by viewer input so as you watch please let us know what we're doing right, what we could do better, and what you like about the campers! (or would like to see changed)
