I actually never had a problem with the SLC I rode which was Kong. It was rough, but not unbearable by any means. I can see how people would hate it, but it honestly never bothered me. But I do strongly agree with the color scheme issues!

Yes!!! From the company that’s known for making intense coasters that break down a lot comes an even intense coaster that breaks down a lot. Board the trains and pull down the surprisingly comfortable intimin soft restraints. Listen to an overenthusiastic guy say gentlemen, start your engines! Before ascending the ridiculously steep cable lift. Drop into the first turn where you are almost guaranteed to gray out in the front row and question all of your life decisions. That’s all I got.
There's a slc here in Brasil at the park Beto Carrero World. Its name is fire whip. It has the new trains, which makes the coaster more confortable, and has great colors! If you wanna see it, search its name on TH-cam. The park has the official POV. Obs: I have never ridden fire whip or any other slc. I know about the colors because I already saw images and videos, and people say it's confortable because of the new restrains.
The only Vekoma SLC I ever rode on is Kong at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and the one part I don't like is how the brake run actually slams you into your restraints, but I found the rest of the ride to be okay
I'm sorry bro but that right sucks ass I don't even like that ride it just not comfortable it has banging my legs felt like they were going to get decapitated I'm just now f****** with it I hope they tear that motherfuking down I'm sorry they can get it something else hell I rather ride V2 we'll talk and I don't even like how it's like that just saying I'm not hatin on you
It's pretty funny that Elich Gardens in Denver Colorado has this coaster AND a Vekoma Boomerang. The funny thing is, the park was shortly owned by Six Flags and they added these coasters within 3 years.
Probably the best parody you've done! I have an idea for an alternate version. It's about the different train types you'll find: "Get trapped in the grips of three different train types, which look slightly different, but are equally painful. There's: The original Vekoma Trains, whose unforgiving restraints combined with the ride's insane roughness will cause severe concussion and multiple skull fractures, The new Vekoma trains (Nor'Easter), which trades off headbanging for unbearable shoulder stapling ESPECIALLY if you're over 5' tall, due to the awkward vest restraints And the KumbaK trains (T3), which have none of the above, but instead, their gianourmous lapbars crush your legs so badly, they make Skyrush feel like a wooden coaster with buzzbars! Congratulations! You just earned yourself a free leg amputation."
That awkward moment when your from Michigan and a Vekoma SLC is the best roller coaster in your state.... at least cedar point is only a 5 hour drive lol!!!!
The other day at school, a speaker asked us if we had ever ridden Steel Force at Dorney Park (our school is about a mile from there), and the picture he put up on the projector screen was some random Vekoma SLC.
0:56 This is Kumali, a Vekoma SLC at Flamingo Land, UK and it is actually great! I've ridden an original layout one but I think it's a great ride because the restraints don't bother me.
The tallest one in the world is Odyssey at fantasy island in the UK. Apparently it is rough, but not too rough and also has a custom layout which is apparently pretty good
Fly The Great Nor'easter is actually a good ride in my opinion. It has always been super smooth and very fun to ride. It is so compacted into the spot that it has multiple near misses that are fun. I have always loved how you can just shout down from the lift hill at the people at the water park. The white color scheme really looks good on it with the blue and red cars, especially in contrast with the areas around it. It looks much better than when it was pink. It looks sick at night though with all the colored lights on it.
I have a soft spot for Fly the Great Nor’easter at Moreys Piers, head banging and all. It was the first roller coaster that I’d ever been on (excluding kiddie coasters).
Still Lack Coordination. Last time I rode one was six years ago and it repeatedly threw my ears against the harness so bad I spent months recovering. I still get a little wobbly and I think it was that coaster that did it. Not sure which park, hit three different ones in Orlando in a week. But man, I will never do it again.
One of these is the best coaster we have in Australia :'( It was known as the Lethal Weapon for years and they had to install barriers around your head to stop neck injuries that just left your head pinballing between then seemingly in an attempt to give you cauliflower ears. They re-branded it a couple of years back to the Arkham Asylum giving it new carriages, a new paint job and a new element. It's a lot smoother now and a blast in my opinion but I probably just don't know any better lol.
the one in blackpool pleasure beach, Infusion used to be called 'Traumatiser' when it was at a different park. I think this was a better name cos it describes the coaster perfectly
Can you parody “Kong” at SF Discovery Kingdom? It was my first & only SLC, but when I rode it, it was called “Hangman” at the defunct Opryland USA in Nashville, TN
You know you forgot to put one of the cooler that's in the UK and it's actually good and it has a different layout then like it's typical layouts and being super rough. And this actually good vekoma SLC roller coaster that's in the UK is at Flamingo Land. You should have done a coaster parody on that.
i got one in my home park in Australia and it is OK, just little rough. oh and it has a little longer layout at the end but everything else is the same. and it was they first one made I think
0:17 My home park is Worlds of Fun and I didn’t even know what vekoma slc’s were even existing. Go ahead, check WOF’s coasters and you won’t find of these there. But, we do have a vekoma boomerang.
Sing this to the tune of ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star: The Vekoma SLC Why are they all so shitty Is it the restraints they use Or is it missing bolts and screws Either way I hate them all I'd rather just go to the mall
I'm going to ride the first SLC ever built in walibi holland this year and it's going to be my first SLC ride ever since the one at Heide Park was down when I was there....and somehow I already know that I will regret it :D
Honestly the layout is pretty nice. I used to ride the Mind Eraser at Six Flags America a lot, and I've ridden various other SLCs too. It is just the trains and restraints that suck. The layout itself is actually lots of fun to me.
If you want to ride a good, smooth invert, ride a B&M like the Banshee or Patriot. If you want to suffer more concussions than an NFL linebacker, ride a Vekoma SLC.
U gotta do more of these there so funny by the way if u live near Dorney Park because Stinger is a Sucks Like Butting Crap roller coaster or Suspended Looping Boomerang Coaster (SLBC)
I don't know about anyone else, but I reckon the next coaster to be like an SLC in how many installations it gets must be the Sky Rocket MkII by Premier Rides. It's more similar to a boomerang in that is goes backwards too, but it gaining popularity. I think they're much better than SLCs and Boomerangs though :P
+Coaster Studios you should visit Six Flags Discovery Kingdom or Magic Mountain sometime within the next year or so. Riding the Joker or the New Revolution sound fun, huh?
Kotchapak Maneechote it’s really rough. Kumali is actually quite smooth and the first drop is one of the best drops on any rollercoaster in the world. Period

Magic cheeseburger. Should we add a Rmc?

B&m is overrated

True.
b&m invert is comfortable.and sometimes it's sleppy

Vekoma? More like we'll send you into a VeCOMA

Kong is one of the better ones
I rode Kong and my head hurt for the rest of the day yikes
Kong hurts bruh
Same, I have the Elitch gardens one. A bit rougher but I enjoyed the intensity and the speed of the drop.

my home park got a newest b&m dive called Draken
i'm glad the newest one isn't vekoma
La Ronde: Let's do that, but worse! We're getting relocated Green Lantern!
Vekoma made a shit ton of money off of these and boomerangs, like A LOT OF MONEY
+Infamous Productions Plus the amount of money they received from Disney parks. Now that I think of it, they must be loaded.
Zyleo I know they're flying coasters were suppose to be a new breakthrough for them but they really need to start making new designs and such
+Infamous Productions With all the money they made they should've done something to make their rides smoother lol
After 8 years, this is still amazing.
The Smiler coaster parody?
He's never been to the UK
Too early for that?!?! 😅🙈
I thought there would be a wild one review, but this was sooooooo good. "Well, you need to rethink your life" was the best part
Intimidator 305 parody please!

From my understanding some of them are better than others. Like I rode t3 and other than uncomfortable restraints it was good.

Glenn Pittsley Shivering Timbers is said to be the best ride in Michigan.
SLCs look very nice in terms of appearance, the best looking ones IMO Infusion, T3, Flight Deck, a Blue Tornado and Kong.
And I kinda like SLCs.
+Tommy Carr Agreed.
+Tommy Carr Well you need to rethink your life.
"Hey! That's not very nice :("
Jason Perez Well these are the slcs so it works.
+Tommy Carr The track type even looks rough and with the exeption of t3 they all look old
Did you hear about the re-naming of Mind Eraser at New England to Riddler’s Revenge?
Definitely seems better with the new trains and restraints.
The other day at school, a speaker asked us if we had ever ridden Steel Force at Dorney Park (our school is about a mile from there), and the picture he put up on the projector screen was some random Vekoma SLC.
I love these funny parodies Taylor! Keep them coming :)
I knew from the moment this series was concieved, that the Sucks Like Crap coasters (SLC's) would be the best. You never fail to dissappoint Taylor :D

I was dying when the narrator said it doesn't stand for Salt Lake City best parody I have seen yet
Perfect! Fantastic Job Taylor!
is a vekoma slc coaster where your feet are hanging not like the cars cause i love those

Still the 2nd best ride at Michigan's Adventure
Good video! I've ridden Thunderhawk at Michigan's Adventure and I hate it!
honestly, I didn't think Thunderhawk was horrible. it wasn't good by any means, but I didn't hate it..
every single ride at cedar point should be torn sown and add the longest slc in the world!!!!!
I will ride my first slc next week and i am kinda excited
Great! Just great! There's a SLC in Beto Carrero World called Firewhip because it burns your ears!
The roller coaster at 0:55 isn't a standard vekoma slc layout.
***** yes.
It’s Kumali at Flamingo Land
That SLC is unfortunately the most thrilling coaster in Israel...
i got one in my home park in Australia and it is OK, just little rough. oh and it has a little longer layout at the end but everything else is the same. and it was they first one made I think
No wonder Dan and the boys call it Flight D***
iv never ridden an slc but it seems like something you have to ride at one point in your life
0:17 My home park is Worlds of Fun and I didn’t even know what vekoma slc’s were even existing. Go ahead, check WOF’s coasters and you won’t find of these there. But, we do have a vekoma boomerang.
The first SLC coaster to be opened was Condor at Walibi Holland, not the one at SFA.
I rode an slc once and tried to get front so it would be slightly more bearable but got told to sit in the back.
Sing this to the tune of ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star:
The Vekoma SLC
Why are they all so shitty
Is it the restraints they use
Or is it missing bolts and screws
Either way I hate them all
I'd rather just go to the mall
RJ MachineGun I love this song. Wish I could make it my ringtone 😂😂
what the hell I'd rather just sing the original lyrics
here in germany we have two. One is called limit in Heide park and the other one is called mp express in movie park
The all red one t3 was renovated with smoother trains and a repaint it used to be rough and black
0:55 Flamingo Land Love that park it's the first one I went to Kumali is meant to be really good!
I love that one. I should now call them by full name that you said
jublilee odyssey is quite smooth
If you want to ride a good, smooth invert, ride a B&M like the Banshee or Patriot. If you want to suffer more concussions than an NFL linebacker, ride a Vekoma SLC.
What about Infusion at Blackpool? That one looks pretty nice...
But I haven't ridden a Vekoma SLC yet.
LOOKS nice...........honestly, in the right seat, it's not that bad.
make one for the hurler at carowinds\kings dominion
U gotta do more of these there so funny by the way if u live near Dorney Park because Stinger is a Sucks Like Butting Crap roller coaster or Suspended Looping Boomerang Coaster (SLBC)
If you think Mind Eraser is an ironic name, there used to be a SLC at my local theme park before it shut down called 'traumatizer'
mike campbell
Oh how I wish it was still there 😞
Isn’t that SLC in Blackpool now
Kumali at Flamingo Land was actually alright. It has a unique layout, and decent colours and it's quite smooth for an SLC
And he first drop is one of the best drops out there especially on the back row
Tracks red?supports purple?train blue?
But t3 was new at Kentucky Kingdom for 2015 so it has to be better and smoother, what is the point with
these Vekoma SLC's?
I did Mind Eraser 10 times in a row at Six Flags America. Thank god it was the last ride before the park closing time.
I don't know about anyone else, but I reckon the next coaster to be like an SLC in how many installations it gets must be the Sky Rocket MkII by Premier Rides. 0.56 Kumali (Blue track, yellow supports) has a different layout to the normal slc's
It’s much smoother too
Arkham Asylum - Shock Therapy is probably the smoothest ride
The great nor’easter is good now and looks nicer too
Is Arkham Asylum at Warner Bros Movie World in Australia a Vekoma SLC?
yes. At least your SLC has better trains
I once got stuck on T3. I could barely feel my lower lower body for 1/2 an hour. Don’t wanna relive that!
Kumali at Flamingo Land which was on here a few times is actually not that rough, and has a completely different layout to the others!
It’s awesome
A little RMC treatment oughta smoothen these headbanger coasters!
+Coaster Studios you should visit Six Flags Discovery Kingdom or Magic Mountain sometime within the next year or so. Riding the Joker or the New Revolution sound fun, huh?
You have 2 options: either an expensive but smoothish custom slc or a chinese knockoff arrow looper named "looping spirale" choose one
Lagoon is right by Salt Lake City, and it doesn't have an SLC. Unfortunately it does have a Vekoma though.
0:59 That's is wrong there is one in Fantasy Land that have a different layout
Kumali is the best SLC
What about Odyssey at Fantasy Island in England?
Kotchapak Maneechote it’s really rough. Kumali is actually quite smooth and the first drop is one of the best drops on any rollercoaster in the world. Period
best thing ever! This made my day!
