Starting from Kadıköy, the line sits on the D100 route in the Acıbadem region and follows this route to Tavşantepe, from where it reaches Sabiha Gökçen Airport from the residential areas north of the D100. There is a warehouse with a capacity of 52 vehicles (13 trains) and a maintenance workshop with a total capacity of 32 vehicles between Maltepe and Nursing Home stations on the line and in the Maltepe Station Declivity. The entire line, including the warehouse and workshop areas, has been built underground.
