Literally back from a week in Paris last night, and all of these videos were endlessly helpful, I cannot stress enough just how much better prepared I was for visiting thanks to Les Frenchies. Thank you both very much for making it a much more enjoyable experience than if I'd been fumbling about trying to figure everything out. To anybody thinking about visiting Paris, I definitely recommend it, and please, please, please watch as many of their videos as possible, it'll make your lives so much easier!
I'm so happy to read your comment. We've been watching on repeat awaiting our upcoming trip, and I already feel so much more prepared and less overwhelmed.. I'm so grateful for these videos too.
When I was there in 2022, I bought bunches of tickets and they never worked when I out them in the machine. They were always spit back at me. It was so crazy. I wound up walking everywhere! The train to Normandy was easier. Bought the tickets online and used my phone at the gates. So, thanks. i hope this will help me have a better experience. I think I’ll do Navigo this time.
JUNE 2024 update - Navigo pass is available now on iPhone and works great. A Navigo Découverte pass is 30€ for a week (Mon-Sun) of travel in zones 1-5 on metro, RER, buses, Montmartre funicular. We just came back from Paris and used it many times daily (no need to unlock your phone, just bring it close to a scanner). The trip planning was so much easier after watching your videos. THANK YOU so much! You are doing an amazing job!!! I recommend your channel to everyone going to France.
@@WereintheRockies I did not notice, since for $12/day ATT gives you unlimited everything, just like you are in the States (capped at $100/month!) .. it may require some type of data to verify funds are available...but who knows. I'm not a super tech person.
Will be traveling to Paris at the end of the month and going to Venice afterwards. My flight is out of Orly. Can the OrlyBus ticket get me from Gare du Nord to Antony and on to the OrlyVal?
one tip when topping up your navigo pass: after your credit card is processed, be sure to wait a few secs for the card to be loaded. i was being rushed last time i did this, grabbed my navigo pass off the reader before it was done loading. lost 20 euros; gained a good lesson! 🙃
If you already have a Navigo card, then you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home. My wife and I travel to Paris in about 3 weeks. We'll top up our Navigo cards a couple days before we leave in the comfort of our home.

I'm one of those individuals who got ticketed for not having a picture... I was transiting through Paris for 5 days, and was doing heavy transport use, and well on the way back from Versailles I got checked by control, and they ticketed me for not having the picture on the back. The person even wanted to accuse me of having stolen the card despite I still having the receipt with me, and the CC used for the transaction. Moral of the story is Sign it and have your picture!
As an older adult I feel better using the paper Metro tickets, BUT now with this video, I'm going to go with the "Easy" card next trip. Thank you for this video instruction.
One caveat: We saw a group of young men in Gare du Nord approach people at the ticket machines and offer to “help.” I am certain they were trying to confuse and scam tourists. Thanks to this video, I was confident in what I was doing and kept my head down - they left us alone. Thank you for all of your helpful videos!
My wife and I want to say thank you to guys. We were in Paris this past week, and your tips about the city, what to do, where to go, and much more were super helpful. Thank you again. Carlos and Ines.
My wife and I ran into you today while you were shooting. Thanks for stopping and saying hello to us for a few minutes. Your videos have been quite helpful to us on this trip!
These are great tips. Well done putting this video together. We’re in Paris, have 2 days left and it’s been very helpful. The week pass ended up being the choice for us. We’ve been all over using the metro system and it’s impressive how well it works.
This is the best video on acquiring a travel pass I have ever seen. Too many TELL you how to do it but keep the camera on their face. This SHOWED the steps while filming. Everyone should do this.

Arrived in Paris today from US and confidently went to Cadet Station near my hotel and bought Metro tickets thanks to your very helpful video. Walked right up to the machine, no line at all. Unfortunately I caught the last few days of increased ticket prices but I need the tickets now. Popped into a pharmacie for a few items and forgot to greet the shopkeepers. Once I remembered, I turned and gave my best "Bonjour!" They were very welcoming. Learned that from another of your videos. Thanks for all you do for us travelers.
This video makes me more comfortable now to take the metro in my first trip to Paris next month! I've been watching many of your videos and it has helped tremendously in planning! Even more excited for my trip. Merci beaucoup!
Just returned home from our trip to Paris. Thank you for your videos! They are so helpful! The best tip was to keep your train ticket! We were using our iPhones to travel within zone one the whole time, but when we went to go to the airport we got a paper ticket. Your tip to keep the ticket on you stuck with me but I didn’t remember why until we disembarked and needed it to get out of the gate at our destination. We live in rural US so the metro was a very new experience for us and made navigating Paris so much easier!
The photo booth at CDG charged 8 euros per person (!). Wished we took our own pictures at Walmart before leaving and sent them to 1-hour photo (16 cents). Basically just need to size it as if a passport I think. Maybe a little smaller.
Antoine and Colleen, thank you so much for this video and for your many other valuable videos about Paris. If not for this content, I wouldn’t know which pass to get and how to go about our visit. It’s our third day in Paris and we got the Navigo Devouverte weekly pass. I watched almost all your videos repeatedly as we prepared for this trip. Even the restaurant etiquette and phrases you taught are so helpful. It made ordering easy. And French servers are pleasantly surprised. You are our favorite Paris guide. Looking forward to more of your exciting content. Merci! ❤
Hands down the BEST and most informative video I have seen to help us understand how to tackle the Metro when we take our first trip to Paris. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into making this so much easier to understand for us newbies!
Thank you so much for the video. We just returned from a trip in Western Europe, having spent the most time in Paris. Buying metro tickets, including RER C tickets from city center, to Versailles palace, were a breeze. When we got stuck for a moment, we though back to the details to the video, and were able to process the Metro ticket purchase and could not have done it so easily, withhout a live attendent, without tips from you guys. In fact, buying Metro / Tube tickets in other European cities, made it so much easier for us. Thank you for all you do.
Thank you so much Guys, you are so kind for explaining to us the easiest way possible to navigate inside de Ile de France. This video becomes super handy to me since I will be in Paris the last week of April 2024. I'm currently living in Connecticut and this is my second time visiting the City of Light but in 10 years gap everything changed lol. Keep up with the excellent work that you do with your videos. Greetings from New England.
Just back from my first trip to Paris! Went for a city break for 4 days and your videos were a great help and prepared me for my first trip abroad. Thank you so much for all the useful and reliable information!
Excellent. On previous trips to Paris I've just bought books of 10 t+ paper tickets. This time I'll provably buy a Navigo Easypass, thanks for the tip that not all Metro stations may take paper tickets. One thing that's slightly odd (you did mention in passing) is that the t+ tickets only apply within Zone 1 on the RER, but are valid for all Metro *even where the Metro extends beyond Zone 1*. So a t+ will take you to La Defense on Metro Ligne 1 but NOT on RER A (example from RATP's website)
Thanks for your comment! I am going to Paris this week and was getting a bit confused with the metro (not RER) that extends to Zone 2 if it covered by the Navigo easy pass t+10!
Such a great video! This would have been helpful when we were planning our trip a couple years ago because it definitely can be confusing. What's great about the Navigo Easy pass is that if you keep the card, you can use it again on a return trip (at least for now).
Both of you are awesome. I am planning my first trip to Europe, and I was a little nervous because I am taking my whole family, but after watching your videos, I'm confident that I can do it. Thanks once again
I was just in Paris with my 4 year old son this past week, and this video made buying our passes and traveling around the city with a toddler easy. Everything shared is on point. THANK YOU for this and every other spot on review.
Convenient when traveling in Japan where they have various IC prepaid cards. Compare to Oyster. Just tap in and tap out the gates given you have a valid balance. No need to buy single tickets and know the correct fare and dealing with transferring to another rail operator on the same tracks. Suburban and metro rail have integrated through service. You can also use on buses, vending machines, and stores. Alternatively, you can use an iPhone. Must buy tickets separately for Shinkansen or reserved express trains.
We just got back from Paris and we had an absolutely wonderful time! Your videos really helped out and my wife even used a couple of your suggestions for street food and pan chocolates. My little boy Zeppelin watched several of your videos and kept us safe from pickpockets and taxi scammers. My wife and I have been in Paris a couple other times, but it was Zeppelin's first visit. Consequently, we geared the trip a little for what a seven year old would remember. The Eiffel tower, yes. Maybe Norte Dame and the Arc de Triomphe. For my wife and I, it was all about the food! So, we spent all of our time eating and when we were too full to eat anymore, we'd do something like go to the Eiffel tower until we were hungry again! Zeppelin apparently thought you were like his aunt and uncle, because he asked a couple of times when we were going to your house! Thank you for your informative and down to earth useful videos. They made our visit so much better!
Every year I travel to Paris which I love, and use as my launch pad to the rest of Europe. I always watch the latest updates that you both put on TH-cam, and each time, without fail you provide invaluable information and explain in detail all the do's & don'ts. I'll be there in 3 weeks, and this time I am going to purchase the Navigo card with the 10 tickets loaded on to it from the Navigo booth. Thank you so much.
True. You have both been great and sooo helpful. This last time coming to Paris was a completely diferent experience thanks to your videos with tips. Keep up the good work. Will plan another trip soon.
Thank you guys for all your videos!! I was very well prepared for my trip to Paris thanks to you! I had absolutely no problem at all thanks to your tips on metro, pickpockets, restaurants and itineraries. Thank you so much! Love from Brazil! 🇧🇷🇨🇵🇺🇸
Currently in Paris on our first trip, your videos have been extremely helpful so thank you 😊 We have noticed that at the moment there is a lot of construction for the Olympics. We did have an issue where we couldn’t purchase the Easy Pass at the CDG airport, had to queue in 3 different queues for about 1 hour total until we eventually purchased at the ticket desk. I think the machines were down, not sure. But the easy pass has been great so far !!
Just returned from 5 days in Paris. We found your recommendations really helpful. Found the cutest bistro in 13th. Le Manufacture. So cute, great food and great service. Stayed at COQ and it was fabulous. Tx for all you do
We used the Navigo Decouverte weekly pass and it worked out great. We were able to get from the airport to the city on the Roissybus. Getting to Versailles was a breeze on the RER with the pass as well. The nice thing is that the pass is valid for 10 years so we just need to recharge it on our next visit. Plus we didn't have to worry about making sure our tickets were valid going from the Metro to the RER. We were only stopped once in the Metro to show our card with our picture and I think that was mostly because there were a group of kids jumping over the turnstiles to get into the Metro without a ticket.
@@Jungle1048 We used extra passport photos that we brought with us. There are photo booths at the airport you can use but it will save time if you bring your own. The pass has a peel off film with a sticky back that lets you stick the photo to. After getting our bags we followed the signs to RER B train which brings you down to a lobby area. There's a Billets Paris et Ile-de-France "store" where you can purchase the pass and load whatever you want.
My friends and I are travelling to Paris in end of September. We are getting in on a friday. and leaving Saturday the week after. My questions is, is it still worth getting the Navigo decouverte (for monday to friday use)?
I'd certainly say the Weekly pass is worth it for the following week. Getting to Paris on a weekend is tricky. You can always load a daily pass for Friday, Saturday and Sunday but even a 1-2 Zone pass for three days will cost almost as much as a weekly pass. Depending on how much you plan to use public transport it might make more sense to just buy tickets as you need them until your weekly pass kicks in on Monday. Our next trip we will most likely be arriving on a Saturday so the plan is to load a 1-2 zone daily pass for Saturday and Sunday and then the weekly pass starting on Monday. We will take a taxi from the airport to our hotel.
What a great, comprehensive video! I’ll be going to Paris soon for the third time, and I was still trying to figure out the best option for the metro. Now with this video, I know exactly what I need. Thanks so much!
Bonjour! Leaving Paris today…so appreciate your wonderfully informative videos…they were spot on …. transportation from CGD, purchasing and using the metro navigo easy passes, purchasing a two day pass for the batobus for viewing the Eiffel Tower and experiencing d’Orsay museum and many other sites, CROISSANTS, ordering and dining comfortably at many wonderful bistros, cafes and markets (we booked a tour to the Paris flea markets) and just wondering leisurely through the streets and gardens of different Paris arrondissements. People were helpful and most spoke English. Curtesy is a must…and Parisians prefer privacy in public areas. Thank you again!
UPDATE! Metro Line M14 now takes you directly from Orly Airport (ORY) to Paris Center directly! Ticket price around $15.00 but what a convenience! Within 40 minutes train/subway ride you’re in the heart of Paris!
@@duranduran7308 hopefully you found the way but all times are visible on the IDF app. Keep in mind it’ll takes 40 minutes to go from Paris center to Orly airport for example.
Just returned a week ago from 5 days in Paris and had a wonderful time. Your videos were incredibly helpful - from buying metro passes to sightseeing to avoiding pickpockets. MERCI !!!
This is an awesome detailed video. I will be relocating to Europe by the end of next year. Been learning French for seven months consistently and it is becoming my third language. The end of next year will be when I relocate. Merci beaucoup!
I found out the hard way…don’t put your ticket inside your RFID wallet or credit card holder. Mine erased my ticket. I went to the ticket desk and they reinstated the ticket and said avoid placing it in or near RFID.
I love your videos, but this one was the most useful of them all for me - I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris! Thank you 😊 One thing I would add is that the Navigo ticket is really easy to use but a faff to sort the photo out for when first buying one. I'd recommend bringing a passport photo with you, ideally with your head smaller in the photo than usual.
I didnt see someone well organized like both of you,all the info are really like gold for people that didnt visit paris at all. Thank you alot and god bless both of you ❤
Just got back from a family trip to Paris and we knew exactly how to buy and top-up 4x Navigo Easy cards, thanks to this video. 🙌🏻 Be aware that the pink machines only seem to be available in large railway stations - We found them tricky to find. 🤷♀️ However, once we had the cards, the system worked brilliantly. 😄
I haven’t been to Paris for many years, but will do so next year. Thank you so much for your incredibly informative videos to help everyone to get the feel of the place and “how to” so many essential things🥂🙌👏🇫🇷. Your recommendations are also most welcome and definitely help with planning the days. I have visited most of the big attractions in the past so your local knowledge on places that are interesting to me is absolutely invaluable. You do great work Colleen and Antoine🥂
So practical and helpful!!!!! Though not Paris, my granddaughter and her friend were in Nice a few months ago and there was some transition happening regarding who paid what, when, and how on the buses. One day it was free - the next day it was not. So when the driver shooed them on when they tried to pay on day two - with cash - they thought it was another free day. Nope. When the transit authority got on to check tickets - they didn’t have one. Their passports were taken and given back only after they paid $80.00 US a piece! Rider - head’s up! Between an unfamiliar system and the language barrier - it was an unnecessarily expensive misunderstanding. No leeway for the foreigners.
You re so right to be disgusted. Us, Parisians, are so ashamed of the gestion of these Olympics. There will be a special pass which will cost 16€/day with illimited trips in all over Ile-de-France. Honestly it is a tourist trap. Most of the olympic sites are in the first fourth zones and a classic navigo one day card with illimited trips for four zones cost 14,35€ actually. A two zones cost 8,35€. Second tip : pay and order your transportation cards before Olympics. All transportation costs will be doubled, except if you have already a transportation card. It could be priceless to take a monthly or weekly transportation card before the beginning of the Olympics. And be ready for strikes : all Parisians are opposed to these Olympics.
OUTSTANDING!!! You guys are GREAT!!! We're going to be in Paris from Sept 10th to the 18th, and this info, the video on taking the RER down from CDG airport to Saint Michel (thanks for the heads up on pick pockets, but our hotel is a 4min walk from that RER station), as well as many of your other videos are SO HELPFUL and reassuring.... This will be our first trip to Paris, and we're greatly looking forward to it!!
Very clear and direct explanation, thank you. I imagine many people inadvertently travel across zones with the wrong tickets, at the risk of being fined (I almost made that mistake a few days ago).
@@LesFrenchiesTravel Yes, always good to point that out. What got me worried was the lack of physical means to prevent a passenger from crossing zones with the wrong tickets. It´s good on one hand, because it flows better, but might result in "unfair" fines. Overral, my experience with public transportation in Paris was very positive. The only problem I had was being delayed for a few minutes at Cité station when my navigo easy was rejected (even though it had credits). I "teamed up" with a couple of americans (I think) who had the same problem to ask the agents for help and eventually we got through ... Some software glitch, I guess. Sorry for any mistakes in the text, English is not my native language. Thanks again, your videos helped me a lot during my week in Paris.
Excellent and thorough summary with essential step by step instructions. Bravo! The only thing I would add is that for the Navigo Découverte you can use an ordinary photocopy of your passport photo that you have previously cut down to 25x30mm. Cheap and one less thing to do in the train station.
As always, your videos are very helpful. I was lucky enough to run into you two this week at Mont St Michel, sorry for being such a fan girl but I was surprised to see you there. Thanks for the tips and Antione, you were correct about the stairs and the Abbey. I did make it to the top and it was well worth it. Thanks for the tips.
i missd this video and saw the last 2 you did! We ended up buying individual tickets for 4 of us EVERY TIME we used the Metro. Such a hassle. The London Underground was so much more convenient. Thanks for the video anyway! It was nice to learn that you can't buy a Navigo on the iphone - i thought I was going crazy and was super frustrated that I couldn't make it happen!
Thank you so much for the information regarding the Navigo Pass.👍 My husband and I will attend the Paris Olympics 2024 and we needed transportation information. Last year, I visited Paris and utilized the Weekly Navigo pass thanks to your videos. We are preparing for our trip and are watching some of you videos.😊
Just be aware that during the Olympics, Paris transport ticket prices will go up exponentially. You will not be able to pick your zones for a weekly pass. They are introducing a special pass called the Paris 2024 Pass. The weekly price will double in price for zones 1-5 from 35 euros to 70 euros.
You guys are so, so priceless!!!! Heading your way the end of May and we are hanging on every word you publish….. Jeff N Michele (finally retired) - really appreciate you…
this video is everything!!!!!!! im going to paris in a couple weeks and i literally had no idea how any od this worked, this video explained everything down to a detail and so so easy!!! thank you!!!!!!
I appreciate the overview. Wow; how much more complicated than when I was a kid in the 60s riding the metro in Paris. Not a problem however it cracks me up the "easy options" available now.
We used the weekly pass when we visited Paris last summer. Very convenient since we we did a trip to Versailles and were flying out of CDG on the Saturday. Getting the photos done was a bit of a challenge. Since the photo booths give you 4 pictures, and there were four of us, it took a couple of tries to get all our pictures right (they don't print until you approve of the pics). Now I don't know that we "made our money back" using the metro, but it was pretty close, and more convenient for everyone to have a pass and hop on the trains instead of having to buy or reload tickets. Also easier to keep track of than the paper tickets.
Very helpful information. Everything unknown can always be so overwhelming, so thank you for breaking it down. Maybe you could do a video for traveling as a single, safely! Or maybe even as a family.
When i was out there in January i found the idf mobilites app was best option for me and it was easy to use no hassle of queuing up trying to speak french just tap the phone and your in just like using a oysters card on your phone, metro was easy to get round only got lost once 😅 but it just as bad as underground maybe worse, gutted couldnt do Montparnasse due to the snow & ice 😢 next time it on bucket list including notre dame😊 100% recommend to stopping at lourve-rivoli station I never knew some of the art was down there 😮 😊even my dad was amazed when I show the photos 😊
This couple are very nice & they give tips that are easy & helpful. Now I am more confident to go to Paris. When in Paris , & in doubt, log in to this you tube channel.. merci!!!
You guys are fantastic!! Your videos are so clear and detailed! Thank you! 🙏 Also, really appreciate the tips in between (i.e how the the ticket may not be as accessible on an iPhone). Really appreciate you guys ❤

Not true if you switch off wifi
Also, I like getting the souvenir or the physical card.
Doesn't it work even when the phone is turned off?

Merci! ❤
Thank you Eileen ♡
Hands down the BEST and most informative video I have seen to help us understand how to tackle the Metro when we take our first trip to Paris. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into making this so much easier to understand for us newbies!
Thank you so much!
Greetings right back to you. Happy travels.
Just back from my first trip to Paris! Went for a city break for 4 days and your videos were a great help and prepared me for my first trip abroad. Thank you so much for all the useful and reliable information!
Yay! So glad you had a good experience. We want everyone who comes here to feel prepared and confident.
Very helpful. It's always better to be informed about the system so you are not bewildered when you first need it.
Such a great video! This would have been helpful when we were planning our trip a couple years ago because it definitely can be confusing. What's great about the Navigo Easy pass is that if you keep the card, you can use it again on a return trip (at least for now).
True!
Both of you are awesome. I am planning my first trip to Europe, and I was a little nervous because I am taking my whole family, but after watching your videos, I'm confident that I can do it. Thanks once again
Plan Ahead. Have Each Others Back. Patience Always. And Yes Start Each New Conversation With BONJOUR!
👍
I was just in Paris with my 4 year old son this past week, and this video made buying our passes and traveling around the city with a toddler easy. Everything shared is on point. THANK YOU for this and every other spot on review.
So glad you had a great experience ♡
Did you book a guide for the tours ?
Convenient when traveling in Japan where they have various IC prepaid cards. Compare to Oyster. Just tap in and tap out the gates given you have a valid balance. No need to buy single tickets and know the correct fare and dealing with transferring to another rail operator on the same tracks. Suburban and metro rail have integrated through service. You can also use on buses, vending machines, and stores. Alternatively, you can use an iPhone. Must buy tickets separately for Shinkansen or reserved express trains.
Japan’s public transportation system is the best in the world! Japan 🇯🇵
Aawww, sorry we didn't get a chance to bump into Zepellin when you were in Paris. Next time !!
You guys are a gem, I have learned so much from both of you . I will buy the Navi go card . Two weeks I will be there. I have a iPhone. ❤❤❤
Awesome! Thank you!
Hi,do you know if they are accepting paper tickets yet currently?
True. You have both been great and sooo helpful. This last time coming to Paris was a completely diferent experience thanks to your videos with tips. Keep up the good work. Will plan another trip soon.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you guys for all your videos!! I was very well prepared for my trip to Paris thanks to you! I had absolutely no problem at all thanks to your tips on metro, pickpockets, restaurants and itineraries. Thank you so much! Love from Brazil! 🇧🇷🇨🇵🇺🇸
you are very welcome
Love this channel and what a useful video! Coming to Paris for a week next year from Australia so will definitely rewatch!
Awesome! Thank you!
Currently in Paris on our first trip, your videos have been extremely helpful so thank you 😊
We have noticed that at the moment there is a lot of construction for the Olympics. We did have an issue where we couldn’t purchase the Easy Pass at the CDG airport, had to queue in 3 different queues for about 1 hour total until we eventually purchased at the ticket desk. I think the machines were down, not sure. But the easy pass has been great so far !!
I've waited for this update a few weeks already! Thank you so much!
Hope you enjoy it!
What a great couple you are, been watching for years, how great you have 200k subs now. So good and so deserved ❤👍
Just returned from 5 days in Paris. We found your recommendations really helpful. Found the cutest bistro in 13th. Le Manufacture. So cute, great food and great service. Stayed at COQ and it was fabulous. Tx for all you do
This is such useful information! Thank you. You two create wonderful videos. Your channel is great.
Thanks so much!
OMG--you guys are amaaazing--I'm a French expat but I have not been to Paris in years..this was SO helpful.
Where did you get the picture and how did you add it to the card? Thanks!
Hi! Do you have any idea if the weekly pass covers the bus from Beauvais Airport to city centre? Thanks
What a great, comprehensive video! I’ll be going to Paris soon for the third time, and I was still trying to figure out the best option for the metro. Now with this video, I know exactly what I need. Thanks so much!
Thank you, thank you !!!!
This is so, so helpful ! You've explained it so well.
Thank you. Enjoy!
We're so glad you had a great experience ♡
UPDATE! Metro Line M14 now takes you directly from Orly Airport (ORY) to Paris Center directly! Ticket price around $15.00 but what a convenience! Within 40 minutes train/subway ride you’re in the heart of Paris!
When is first ride in the morning? i have flight from Orly at 6:30. Thank you!
MERCI !!!
Thanks for the great content. Very helpful for a visual learner!
😊❤️👍
This is an awesome detailed video. I will be relocating to Europe by the end of next year. Been learning French for seven months consistently and it is becoming my third language. The end of next year will be when I relocate. Merci beaucoup!
I found out the hard way…don’t put your ticket inside your RFID wallet or credit card holder. Mine erased my ticket. I went to the ticket desk and they reinstated the ticket and said avoid placing it in or near RFID.
Nor near any magnet. Same thing happened, fare disappeared
I love your videos, but this one was the most useful of them all for me - I'd recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris! Thank you 😊
One thing I would add is that the Navigo ticket is really easy to use but a faff to sort the photo out for when first buying one. I'd recommend bringing a passport photo with you, ideally with your head smaller in the photo than usual.
Yes!
This is very helpful. Thank you!❤
You're so welcome!
I didnt see someone well organized like both of you,all the info are really like gold for people that didnt visit paris at all. Thank you alot and god bless both of you ❤
Will the book of 10 tickets be available during the Olympics?
I don't believe so, they have a special daily or 5 day pass for the Olympics...and the prices are double during the Olympics 😵💫
Love you both. !❤
Awesome!
you guys are so helpful! I just subscribed (:
Yay! Thank you!
Me, too. 👍
🇲🇽🇲🇽Watching this video from Mexico🌅
Hola amigo!!
Y’all have saved me on my trip to Paris for my honeymoon!!! Many thanks from a Texan🤠
Congratulations! Bon voyage.
best TH-cam channel!
Traveling in June. Do you think I'll be okay?
@@explorewithsteggie1913 No problem in June. Enjoy your stay in Paris.
I'm visiting this Monday - Friday. I have been using your videos for my planning for next week. I also booked a tour. Thank you
Have fun!
Re watched your video today and bought the Navigo Decouverte without problem. Having a wonderful time in Paris. Thank you.
Very clear and direct explanation, thank you. I imagine many people inadvertently travel across zones with the wrong tickets, at the risk of being fined (I almost made that mistake a few days ago).
The metro is fine. It's all in zine 1. The trouble comes when you board the RER.
True! Good point!
That's what I have done in January
Bonjour Antoine and Colleen. We used the Metro when we visited. Your videos were very helpful. Thank you for all your useful and entertaining videos😊
You're welcome. Thank you for watching!
Thanks for the tips.
it was fun meeting you. Those stairs are a killer!!
I just finished a trip to Paris this week. This video was very helpful when I got there. I felt like a Pro.
i missd this video and saw the last 2 you did!
Jeff N Michele (finally retired) - really appreciate you…
Bon voyage Jeff & Michele
this video is everything!!!!!!! im going to paris in a couple weeks and i literally had no idea how any od this worked, this video explained everything down to a detail and so so easy!!! thank you!!!!!!
❤️❤️❤️
Bon voyage!
I appreciate the overview. Wow; how much more complicated than when I was a kid in the 60s riding the metro in Paris. Not a problem however it cracks me up the "easy options" available now.
🙃😊
Many thanks. All your videos are extremely helpful and have helped for hassle free travel in Paris
This was the most informative vlog about Paris transportation I have ever seen or read! Thank you les Frenchies 🇫🇷
You're welcome!
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! i arrive in one week and im so nervous about taking the metro. This helped so much!!
You're welcome 😊
Just got back from Paris and this video was so helpful. Thanks Les Frenchies!
Glad it was helpful!
Peace of mind is priceless...
Very helpful information. Everything unknown can always be so overwhelming, so thank you for breaking it down. Maybe you could do a video for traveling as a single, safely! Or maybe even as a family.
Great suggestion!
When i was out there in January i found the idf mobilites app was best option for me and it was easy to use no hassle of queuing up trying to speak french just tap the phone and your in just like using a oysters card on your phone, metro was easy to get round only got lost once 😅 but it just as bad as underground maybe worse, gutted couldnt do Montparnasse due to the snow & ice 😢 next time it on bucket list including notre dame😊 100% recommend to stopping at lourve-rivoli station I never knew some of the art was down there 😮 😊even my dad was amazed when I show the photos 😊
you guys are the best! i was so surprised to see my question in this video answered Thank you !!!!
This couple are very nice & they give tips that are easy & helpful. Now I am more confident to go to Paris. When in Paris , & in doubt, log in to this you tube channel.. merci!!!
Thank you
You guys are fantastic!! Your videos are so clear and detailed! Thank you! 🙏 Also, really appreciate the tips in between (i.e how the the ticket may not be as accessible on an iPhone). Really appreciate you guys ❤
Thanks. Happy travels.
This video is so useful, straight forward and explanation is very clear. Good thing I checked this video before my upcoming trip to Paris.
Bon voyage!
This was honestly SO HELPFUL! Merci!
Watching this on my second day in Paris about to take the metro for the first time 😊 Thanks Frenchies!
Thank you so much for showing everything! I am going to Paris and I felt a little confused about the metro/bus situation. But not anymore!
