I totally agree, it’s usually a distraction from our phones, but we definitely need something to do now!
I recommend putting a screen time limit for 4-5 hours! It made my screen time go form 10 hours down to 4 hours and I spend so much more time being creative and making memories!

For apps like Tiktok and TH-cam shorts, I scroll down say 5 videos without watching them (like just skipping past) and then I'll scroll back up to watch them. Once I reach the top I know I've watched enough.
