  • Every bartender will tell you about the importance of the ice quality for their craft of creating layers of taste and texture in a cocktail glass. Premium spirits and ingredients simply ask to be paired with nothing less than ice cube perfection. Hoshizaki cubes are extremely compact, dry, tasteless, consistently identical and slowly melting, allowing just the right amount of dilution - a combination of everything a bartender requires when it comes to aesthetics, taste and functionality of ice.

This ice machine is like a death sentence for dialysis patients. The ice nuggets are like crack. No one will understand unless their kidneys shut down. The ice nuggets that are a little melted, are amazingly addictive. It's so hard to stop eating it.

They have crescent ice machine.. that makes the perfect clear ice .. in here you can hoose clear or how fast your ice make .. if you choose to make it fast the machine cant filter the impurities.. choose the option slow and it will be much clearer

I am looking for information - how to restore factory settings in the IM65NE machine
How to shorten the freezing time?
It's about the IM65NE machine !! not to be confused with the IM65NE-HC

Too many moving parts, more maintenance it requires. If one part breaks down goodbye. And think it's investment its very expensive. I'll go with China made but reliable too.
