Initial trip to Oahu was in '18 and we stayed here at the Kalia Tower because the rooms in the Tappas Tower were too dated, however they're renovated now so finally! It was a grand experience and I'll always remember that time with my daughters snorkeling, helicopter ride, traveling to the North Shore, and this resort! Thanks for allowing me to reminisce via this awesome video 🤙
I just returned on 14Aug2022. The pools were even more packed than you see on the video. About triple to quadruple the number of people, especially at the super pool. My family spent most of our time at the beach or the lagoon instead. The resort is as beautiful as the video shows it to be but it is very crowded these days. People have returned to traveling. No doubt about it.
Best hotel to stay at on the property is the Kalia...it's away from the crowd and the adults only pool is a must....no kids allowed!!! and they have their own hot tub.

yes it's quite crowded now. Hopefully with school starting soon things will calm down a bit. This doesn't even include the Japanese tourists yet.

Was thinking of going to the Hilton Hawaiian village. Is there any homeless on the beach?
the homeless typically stay near the sidewalks near the police station side rather than Hilton Hawaiian Village side.
No homeless but the loogon in front of the hotel smells bad ( don't swim in it ) plus at sunset it has mosquitoes all around it
