You’ve inspired me to copy some of your ways for my Bible study. I think my Bible study of each book will be prettier now because of channel s like yours♥️can you imagine studying and enjoying the Bible with your technique, so fun!

I absolutely loved this video, I've been finding motivation to get back into reading after not really reading for a couple years and the coziness of this is great! I instantly subscribed when you said you don't read any smut, I don't either and I'm so happy to find a channel where I can find books that I will feel comfortable reading
i feel like hearing a voice over of your videos gives a better understanding of your inner workings sort of if that makes sense? like, i personally get a better understanding why you like or enjoy certain things or why you for example annotate books
i feel that too!! sometimes text can be so limiting and i feel more connected to an audience doing the voiceover :) maybe i can do longer videos with more detailed text to better explain myself without a voiceover… anyway i appreciate your comment! 🥰🥰

Loved all your stickers, I struggle to keep my spreads to just 2 pages because I don't have any journaling supplies my spreads are very basic and I like to keep my reviews detailed so I can remember what the book was about. Have you read The Last Legacy? It's a spinoff about the Roths! I ask because Adrienne often says TLL somehow flies off the radar for many readers after they read Fable, Namesake and Saint. I think you'd like it!
Those art overlays are called vellum page overlays! You stick them inbetween pages, or particular scenes that fit the art. You did it right in the video!
The thing is with my annotating, the markers always run out halfway through my books😭 So I get either really faint lines or I have to go over them several times. Do you have any recommendations for aesthetic markers that last a longer time? Love the video🫶
i like to mix the colors of the highlighters i use so i’m not using just one or two throughout the book :) that normally helps with saving ink! i do have non-bleed highlighters that pretty much look like crayon - this might be a good idea? 🤔 i’ll try using some in a future video so you can see what they look like!
That book haul looks amazing! I just finished North Woods by Daniel Mason, and it completely wrecked me for my next book. Nothing is as good, and I'm struggling to find a new novel. I don't read much in the fantasy genre, but I also appreciate beautiful book jackets and sprayed pages. It seems like there's more of that in the fantasy world than in literary fiction, although I can often find gorgeous versions of classics. Maybe I should try a graphic novel next for a change...

I loved Spells for Forgetting as a person who grew up in a small town and has also lived in Salem, MA. It felt like if Salem was an island but make it the small town I grew up in with magic. haha I have been meaning to read The Unmaking of June Farrow for months, especially after seeing the hype surrounding the FL edition. It sounds like her books get better and better with every new release. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Fable series but I'm also not the target audience.
I am curious. Do you read these beautiful hardback editions or are they merely for decoration? I know it's quite popular to have books purely for decorations but I always thought the real joy would be to enjoy their beauty through the experience of reading them.
