I don’t work in the office, however, I enjoyed your podcast very much.
When I am at a meeting I always feel nervous and I hardly ever speak up. Speaking of the agenda, I agree, if you know, in advance, what is going to be discussed, you can go to the meeting prepared

- For those who don’t me, I’m responsible for/ I do work as a
- That’s a really important/good point/question/idea that makes me thinking about

I get nervous every time I have a meeting

Dating too, occasionally.
Every time I attend meeting I feel nervous, although I am close to the attendants and I know them well.
In bussiness meetings respectively;
We do deal with colleagues with meeting manners surely it would be enhancing for your betterment in the future why not 😉😉😉😉

There are online meetings with video. It can be funny because we're doing unpredictable things sometimes. For example we can forget that you're without pants.

I get neverous when I have meetings alot
Why don't you make a real video showing people, words, etc. to make it more interesting?
I suppose sometimes listening to audio without any video is really useful to improve your listening skills. On video we can see a body language and a facial expression. They work as tips and help us understand. But when you're listening to audio, you don't see all this stuff, and it gives you different experiences of pure listening.

You'd better to make a video clip in order to show us how people play their roles during speaking, for example in Meeting Podcast.
