Hey Kaelyn, just one quick question to ask! I was struggling to choose my ws and your suggestion certainly help a lot. I already decided to use one analytic chapter of my undergrad thesis for my application of the history phd, however, for those programs require longer writing sample (20-30 pages), I was wondering if I should add another analytic chapter or add the literature review section.

I have 90% grades in my academics , my subject is political science so i don't have any working experience ... Can i apply for phd without any working experience

Ma'am i have very good grades from my 10th class to MASTERS (A grade)
But my masters begun exactly when covid-19 pandaminc hit the world and world went under lockdown and my 1½ yr of Masters degree was during lockdown
so i don't have any research experience
But i some how managed to work for an
NGO during pandemic and also worked as teacher for +1,+2(intermediate) students
Will i be able to get intlo YALE UNIVERSITY or any other good University with this academic background
Or should i compulsory need research experience

I think I made a wrong move..but things started to fall in place after your reply.. can't thank any more..I received an admission at the University of Edinburgh for the Fall 2022 term in MSc History (Full-time) program. I was little unsure about my course completion and dissertation submission by Fall 2023, where the PhD program normally begins US. Your answer has boosted my morale by scores.

So let's say you have a research paper and you want to publish. What are some of the main journals that you would submit to?
