Hey, I put on a new throttle cable and bike wont start. I remember there being a clear plastic piece covering the cable on the carburetor end. Do u think that's the problem?
I have put a new carby on and the bike idles nice on start switch but has no throttle and then when you switch it to run it pings but still not throttle control???
I've installed a new throttle cable on my sherco sm-rs50 but when I start it, it just reves up to full throttle when the throttle tube isn't even turn?. What should I Do?

How does the other cable fit thru the carb. Metal top. Mine won't cause its sideways

Have you adjusted the idle screw?
